p8 (seconds) Life object shuttle oscillator on Cubelets

This oscillator is constructed with Cubelets robots: 1 brightness sense combined with 4 drive and 8 flashlights combined with 4 distance sense. The period is measured in seconds. It is inspired by an interesting Game of Life cellular automaton object known as "shuttle" [1].
