Gen Lobsang Wangyal is a good human being. He always does help to Tibetan Refugees people though he doesn't know earlier. I found that Gen Lobsang Wangyal is a nice 👍 man. I learn that his profession is a Miss Tibet participating Administration Head of Tibetan Beautiful girls around the World 🌎.

Tibetans holding Indian citizen are not Tibetan, rather Tibetan supporter....
