Thanks you for clarifying many doubts.
My petition got approved and stamped on Dec 2015 and it was valid till Sep 2016. Due to unforeseen reasons, I haven’t made my travel to the USA.
Now My VISA expired on Sep 2016. but I can still see my petition status in USCIS portal using receipt number.
Am I eligible for CAP Exempt without going lottery if any of employer is ready sponsor?
Appreciate your response. Looking for your valuable suggestion to proceed further. I am so confused as I am seeing mixed opinions in internet. some of say "H1B is valid only 6 years beyond can't be renewed. No matter you travelled or not you need to go for fresh lottery process" and some of say "H1B is 6 years work permission so if you haven't made travel or not spend 6years in US, remained period of 6 years can be utilized and can go for H1B Cap exempt without going lottery process".
    I really need help here.
    Regards
    Murali

Good Video, Can you guys make a video of what PERM is? Who qualifies for it? The average time it takes to get it approved? Costs? Minimum Qualifications?
For Example, let's say Person X has Masters's Degree in the USA, and 4 Years of work experience. Is that enough to get PERM approved?

I was on L1B visa for the first 3 years, and then converted to H1B. While my H1B was approved and effective 5 months before my L1B visa expired, can that 5 months be calculated as unused days and extend my H1B by 5 months when I am nearing complete 6 years?

Sir, How GC can apply on F1 visa without OPT when they are studying 1st or 2nd semester?Could you please explain in a detail in one video because they don’t have a job on F1 right.. My question is how they can file GC without working to any company? And even on CPT it is a part-time so PERM can be filed for part-time workers?

Could you please let me know how soon should employer file PERM during 6 years of H1B? If company starts preparing the case for PERM during last year of H1B, is it still valid?

Need your help in understanding my current situation. I was working in US with employer A since Jan 2015 however he didn’t filed I-140. Hence reached out to third party employer B who was ready to file perm ( filed in July 2020) when I had only 6 months left out of total 6 years quota. In November 2020, I had to return to India by keeping only one month out of 6 years quota ( maxout was dec 2020) . My perm got approved in feb 2021 however my employer filed I-140 in July 2021. In regular processing.
How Likely my I-140 will get approved in regular processing provided if there is any RFE? Since am no where connected to new employer B in terms of employment? Can I go premium in my case?
Will there be any issues arise in terms of H1B transfer with this new employer B post my I-140 approval (as only 1 month left on old petition) ?
Or is there a way can ask my employer A can file H1b extension provided employer B is OK ?

Can the H1-B employee change his status to F2 if spouse is on F1, just like changing to H4?
