  • The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

Your doctor/eye doctor make recommendations, but they are not some kind of law enforcement or whatever
You are allowed to tell them yes/no and give them orders
If you want a reduced prescription, just ask for it

    Jake hey!
Reading a physical book or reading through kindle , what big difference does that make. Isn't both causing close up strain.
Why rather reading book is recommended.

any close up for a long period of time (3 hours) really is not recommended

When I was a kid we thought my vision was fine, but decided to get it checked anyways
They said I needed glasses, I argued my eyes were fine
And then I tried the glasses on for the first time
Let me tell you, I needed glasses
I was 10 years old and it changed my whole life
Suddenly I could see the small hairs on peoples faces, small wrinkles, dimples, freckles, and most amazing to me was hair and grass, I could see every hair on a persons head, every blade of grass
For 10 years of my life, hair was just a kind of blurry mess, grass was a green blur, unless I look close enough, and I thought that was normal, and it didn't effect my life at all because I didn't need to drive yet
I'm pretty positive you are a pseudoscienctist, while you claim you make no profit, I find it hard to believe eyes can just fix themselves since I lived 10 years without glasses and my eyes didn't just fix themselves

You didn't live with no glasses for 10 years. You lived with no glasses staring at your Ipad inside your house, not looking at far away things actively. Furthermore, it's not even fixable if it's a genetic defect. Which it is if it's been there since you were born.

He doesn’t claim “your eyes will fix themselves”, you have to work on active focus to improve your eyesight
