@@royvu4386 I didn't know Jake then. I just stopped wearing glasses altogether. I just kept telling myself, just look around you, it's ok. But I spent lots of time outdoors. Then I found Jake and started wearing glasses to keep focusing; you probably know when focusing is happening is so uplifting and rewarding! Today I have -1.5 glasses for driving at night. -1 for driving and -0.75 for the computer (for that I use blue light blocking tint too.) But I walk/run without glasses and a lot too. Maybe not good, but I don't know. It's a lot of second guessing for me (not sure why since Jake explains everything clearly.)

I'm working a lot in front of the computer. What I do now is, I printed out a few eye charts and stuck them on the wall on the opposite side of the room. So from time to time, every few mins or hour, I take a break and look at the eye chart while doing active focus. I do that throughout the day to give my eyes a break from close up. I ordered my differential glasses recently and still waiting for them to be delivered ... that will probably help me as well.

No, that's not active focus.. its your tear that creates a fake lens effect and gives your better vision temporarily.. its not active focus, active focus is when you blink/stare at something and that thing clears up after you do it, you can't use tears for active focus
