Man oh man. I’m beyond hyped right now. You guys commented on my page. 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I appreciate all the work you guys are doing at Walther. You’re listening to our needs and it shows. Magnificent company!!
Just picked up the pdp f 4 inch. After putting that gun in my hands i knew i was buying it. After just 2 mags i started looking to make this my new edc set up. Subbed
Dude We just got carry in NJ las year - I jumped out early and grabbed up a Shadow systems CR920 (Texas built!) not knowing what I would really want. Never much followed along with all the developments in CCW - didn’t think it would ever matter and I would get all salty thinking about being denied! That aside - I dont much like a micro compact - that CR920 wears you out after a few mags. Have a Beretta APX a1 centurion with a 3.7” barrel. Much easier to shoot but a bit heavy after a while - its a thick slide! Thats where this little heater comes in. I don’t much care who Walther is marketing it to - It’s a perfect size to me - checks all the boxes. After watching your video - I’m all in. Gonna make that purchase tomorrow Thanks a bunch for all the good info Really do appreciate it
Anytime man. There’s nothing wrong with not knowing but you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to learn the correct way and it sounds like you’re on the right path. Walther PDP F Series is a winner. Another gun I would highly recommend you check out is the M&P Shield Performance Center. I have some more videos coming soon. I plan on doing a versus vid between the M&P Shield, PDP F, P365 and Hellcat Pro. The winner might surprise you 🤞🏾🤞🏾
This Is My Jam right here. 3.5 my edc. I got the Halosin SCS PDP. I'd really love to see you make a tutorial about pistol grip cuz you are so on point with your recoil control
43x Mos is a great gun. I need to make some videos of mine. I’d suggest going to your local hun range (hopefully you don’t live in NY or Cali lol) and try renting it out to see how it feels and shoots
That 508T looks good! Deciding between it or the EPS carry. Guess we’re kinda stuck with the 7A, but it looks pretty good. Aesthetically, the Wild 1 is absolutely sick looking on this pistol, but it doesn’t technically fit (until someone 3D prints a key for it).
I was so hyped to finally try one of these at the RifleGear out here and the damn red dot they had on it was WAYYYYYYYYYY off for me. I was so butthurt when I saw that tight group sitting so high-right. lmao I'm going to find another one to play with, though. It might be nice to have one matching my PDP Pro.
Inaccurate red dot sounds frustrating as hell lol. This is why I often practice with just my iron sights cause though all my guns are zeroed in, you never know when one might malfunction. Nevertheless I’m a huge red dot fan. Walther and CZ might be the most underrated manufacturers of all time.
@@1804Defender Ehhhhh.....I don't think they're really being underrated- especially CZ. I may have to find a North TX shooting group. I need access to this F-series for iron sight testing. :D
This videos sounds like more of a confession than a review. And you know what? Nay sayers be damned. This is a fantastic gun and even thought it's made for women-folks, I'm secured with my manhood shooting this magnificent gun.
You might have a point with the confession lol. Man I totally agree. I’m well secured with my manhood as well. A great gun is a great gun….the end. When the original P365 and Glock 43x came out, everyone was raving about it. You seldomly heard anyone complaining about its small frame size. PDP F is unfortunately marketed exclusively to women, now all of a sudden everyone has Kawhi Leonard size hands. Bunch of FRAUDS!! 😂🤣
@@1804Defender it's marketed for women because it was made for women: czcams.com/video/_6o-RjTUlVQ/video.html . Obviously, anyone can buy it but the sexes are different. I'm grateful to Walther for recognizing this (I own both barrel lengths).
They have the new Holosun that just slaps right onto the pistol and it matches the slide cirrations. I need someone to send me out some Walther PDP F mags for me!! Ill send them some extra cash!
I’ve shot a few pdp’s but no place has the f. I guess a more important question, did it take you awhile to get accurate/have good aim & groups with this? The couple of times that I shot the pdp I was surprised, I shot many other guns much better. P01, vp9, and even some others. I know there’s a big weight difference. Just curious I wanted to get this as my new ccw but my ability to shoot it off the bat is good but not where I’d like it to be. I’m sure that I can get better with a few range trips but I was shocked that I didn’t shoot it better.
What’s up man, It took me 2 weeks of round clock dry firing and 4 range sessions before I felt comfortable and confident to carry the f series. I shot 300-400rds each session. I have never come across a gun that I didn’t shoot accurate and didn’t have good groups with. Once I figure out the trigger and grip ergonomics on any gun; accuracy, aim and tight grouping comes as well. I’m not a big guy. I’m 5’9 195lbs so carrying big guns are not my thing cause I don’t wanna print….ever. Especially in Dallas it’s warm weather majority of the year so my go to edc is a Sig P365 X Macro with an Icarus Precision frame. I’ve yet to come across any carry gun that can shoot, handle, and feel more comfortable/confident than my P365 edc. If I was 6ft+ …more than likely my CZ P-01 Omega would be my year round edc. Staccatos, CZ’s and Walther’s are what I shoot the best but not necessarily what I carry the best. Warm weather edc: P365 Cold weather edc: F Series Church edc: M&P Shield Performance Center

I bought the PDP F for my wife, and I have to admit, I wish I bought myself one. What about the PDP Full size 4 inch, I have it coming, too bad I can’t cancel.. Would you say the full size PDP shoots just as well? What about a guide rod for the PDP F and the PDP Full size 4 inch, Someone mentioned BT and you said DPMS? Does that affect any reliability?
Hey thanks for commenting. You asked several solid questions and I’ll answer them best as I can. PDP F is a fantastic choice for your wife and as I said in the video, don’t let that “F” rattle your ego. I had the PDP full-size when it first dropped but traded it in for my Staccato XC. The PDP full-size was an excellent gun. But if I had to choose between the full-size and the F, I’m going with the F. Only because of how well that gun feels in my hand. I’ve shot many comfortable shooting guns. But it’s not often you experience shooting a gun that’s comforting. Now since everyone’s hands and preferences are different, it’d be foolish to give you an objective answer that fit your needs. But personally, I’m going with the F. The DPM guide rod is a risk I’m taking. I’m a big advocate for leaving EDC’s as stock as possible. So far, the gun has been flawless and all my rounds are consistently ejecting at the 3-4 o’clock position. So I do think it’s a reliable guide rod and I hope it stays that way lol
I will definitely explain it all in my next video. But for now I’ll say this much….If we’re talking accuracy past 15yds, then of course Staccato would win hands down. But shooting is more than just accuracy for me and I was getting roughly the same size groupings in both guns. The PDP felt much better in my hand, definitely more comfortable to carry, and saved me a large amount of money. Personally it was hard to justify impulsively paying almost $3000 for a gun that can’t clearly outperform a $650 gun. The PDP F and CS were solely made for edc. The chances of anyone getting in a gunfight more than 10-15yds is very slim. So 4x the price of the PDP F but a highly debatable victory is a no for me. Now my Staccato XC and P are worth every last penny I paid.
