@@BrBross Crusader Kings had a great launch, and many say that Imperator is much better now even though I haven't tested it yet. I believe Paradox learns from its mistakes, of course, there would still be trillions of DLCs, but I think they still would make a great game.
The austro bavaria switching thing is due to how the South German federation event works, I presume the modder didn't make a new tag for sgf, forgot to remove the Austrian tag (which is why they have boat loads of prestige) and some weird fuckery happens.
Now the question is, should I devote countless hours to learning how to mod Victoria 2 and then make a big alternate history mod just for the slim chance that Mr. iSorrow will notice me?

The Austria swap glitch is actually in the main game, it once happened to me after France took Croatia, then Austria formed Austria-Hungary, then French Croatia revolted and became Austria, then they kept swapping till my game crashed.
The only way this could have been more cursed is if the Belgian Confederacy from that Divergence mod held the entire US and was a viable option for world domination.
