    Well you did it again! I just bought the set. Matched me with 230, 5.0 and comfy. I also "googled" a coupon code and found one for 15% off so I paid $83 for the set with free shipping and a free gift! Win win in my book. Now let's hope the shade is right!

    thank you for this review mandy!! I have the new chanel one and i love it but when i saw this i thought about purchasing it because i also love the concealer. I am the same as you though with niacinamide. It is fine in my curology formula but if anything else has it i get irritated. i wish companies would just focus on cleaner ingredients and not so much on putting so much skin care in their formulas. :(

I looked through your older videos, but couldn't find if you reviewed the Shisedo Synchro Skin Radiant Lifting foundation. I heard it's beautiful and has great coverage. I was planning on trying that one, but then all the new foundations flooded the market. I'm waiting until your done with your reviews to decide. Great job!

      @MandyDavisMUA  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes, and someone said they asked and Kosas said it was 2% niacinimide. I can only tolerate 4% daily and I already use that, so I guess that is why this one bothered me after a couple days of use.

    Looking at your skin without foundation gives me an idea of what they’re talking about. Recently I’ve been trying to have days where I just wear a tinted SPF and concealer. I do enjoy the Kosas concealer.

    • @MandyDavisMUA
      @MandyDavisMUA  Před 2 lety

      I always set my foundations, so I didn't try it without a powder. I didn't find it was overly tacky but I do think it wouldn't set down enough to not transfer if not set.

    Love your videos and always learn so much! Do you typically have pink undertones ( or is that just due to niacinimide) or yellow? You said you were going with 190 for now which is yellow undertone then in warmer months will move to 200 which is pink undertones. I have pink undertones , light to medium skin and can never find the right shade . I’m guessing 150 or 200 would work for me.

    • @MandyDavisMUA
      @MandyDavisMUA  Před 2 lety +1

      No, the pink is just from my redness. I lean more neutral to warm in my undertones. But, saying that, I do have a pink undertone concealer from Kosas and it isn't pink at all on me, so I figured I could get away with something that said pink. In hopes that it was more neutral, since their line seems to run so yellow. :)

      Thank you so much for the complement. I have to be transparent and say I do get about 20-25 units of Botox strategically placed all over my face and I also get filler in the lower half of my face. I also get keratin lash lifts, my lashes are longer but I swear since hitting my 50’s those suckers don’t want to stay up no matter what I try so the lash lift has been a god send. I think your profile picture is very nice and you absolutely do not look like olive oil at all! Love your hair pulled back like that it really shows off your bone structure 😍
      I have followed Charlotte in the past but I have a rule with youtube, if anyone brings up politics or religion I unfollow. I just can’t handle the divide it creates in this world. None of us should be pitted against one another no matter our differences. So it was something she brought up in one of her videos that just made me think I don’t need that negativity in my life. However it’s her channel and of course she can put out any subject she chooses. Ok that was a long rant for a simple answer, lol.
