  • This is for the Ariat Patriot Workhog boots.
These offer more cushion than the standard boots because of the midsole. They also give better traction and durability than smooth soles.
I bought these from Bass Pro/Cabelas because I had gift cards and did not want anything else at the time.

Sorry for the delay. They seem pretty true to size. I tried them on at Bass Pro Shop to ensure that they would fit in the normal size that I wear, size 13.

Sure, well, I do only work on concrete and I use them 3 days a week. I am not outside doing real work for most of the time. I also take care of them.

Now just bought these and just put them on, feel great all the way around but the side stiching is pushing inward on the side of my ankle bone. First time ever owning western style boots and was wondering if theyll break in or what. Thanks for any info.

I have been lazy updating about this set of boots. About 4 months ago, one of my boots started to rip on the outside where the cloth meets the leather and inside, where the heel cup is has also worked loose and chafes the back of my heel.
On full leather boots, they will stretch and form to your feet, however, in my experience with these boots, the fabric is too rigid and will continually bother you. You might be able to use some leather oil to make the leather more pliable where the fabric is stitched on, but that is a long shot.
