Welcome to the Challenging trial of Zariel. This is part 2 of my overall guide to this trial. Here I explain the mechanics in phase 2, so you can beat it. Without proper co-ordination this can become a chaotic mess very quickly and just a wipe. The mechanics are the same in both the normal and master versions, however the damage and Hp values of the Shades are a whole lot lower in the normal version.

Just to further add a question, I see you swapping abilities in the middle of some of these dungeons and I’d just like to ask out how you select your encounter powers and what are some insights as to selecting the correct loadout of powers for each dungeon or at various stages of a dungeon.
There are powers I use for more damage and others I use for more defense. So usually at the begining I'll have a certain set to make sure I can have the aggro, then I switch to more defense later

Hi @Aragon, when seeing you and some players grabbing those Shadow balls and then sometimes you guys jumped into the golden side of Zariel in the center for a couple seconds, then ran outside. What does that step do/help? Tyvm
no, the middle doesn't do anything with regards to helping. Just take 2 balls, then wait until the stack expire, 10s and then you can get more
