Note: I upgraded the one I got for free to Leg and sold it. Got about 4.7m and bought all my other collars and had ad left over.

Thanks for this. Didn't even know how to obtain collars, and their effects were just as unknown to me. I guess as a Hunter Ranger main, pursuing Crit Severity and Encounter damage would be best for me.

I think Crit and At-will is best for hunter ranger. We use at will more than anything else.
@@esimon4274 Well, since I posted this, I've changed rings to the ones from The Redeemed Citadel, Milestone II, Silver and Gold for the Combat Advantage and Critical Strike, so I got a boost to both At-Will and Encounter damage.
I wonder do they stack. I have rings that give me 3% on at will, and the collar is 3% at will.
Can't say for sure because I'm not good with numbers, but they are from different sources and with two boosts to Encounter powers, I'm doing more damage with them than my At-Wills. Two rings with the same effect won't work, I tried that and noticed no change in my damage range when adding the second ring.
Just wanted to let you know that I dropped the Legendary Empowerment pieces from Fang Breaker Island and two from Castle Never end chests.

Purple shards cragmire crypts we all walked out with a total of 20 in one run, legendary shards chests from cragmire crypt.

I won 2 collars yesterday from MoH, did 186 rerolls and only drop 2 collars, 1 uncommon companion, and preservation ward x1

From the purple collar to the orange I'd say they have to make it at least a 2% to 3% jump and then from Orange to Mythic it have to be at least another 5% jump. To make it at least worth while for the players on any platform. Cuz I totally agree with you that is a waste of time and resources the way it is at this time. Gar, The legendary shards are dropping in the Grey wolf den (hardcore mode) I’ve had a few and the runs take under ten mins. Ultimately it is rng on the chest(s) re rolls etc etc
Yeah, I got one yesterday out of a chest in Fangbreaker Island.
Stonework Megapup nice I think they are doing this so we spend all our re roll tokens and hope we spend 5k ad per roll afterwards. It’s pretty clever I usually roll once and then move on.

The collars DO NOT BIND. So can use a collar, upgrade a collar and later post it on the auction house.

All my collars are in epic quality, i don't even bother to upgrade them. It's just to expensive and long annoying process for small changes.

I farmed dungeons and skirmishes for hours yesterday not knowing they could drop... and nothing waiting to claim my free pack when they fix it so my mounts look naked haha

Seems they messed up again and had to pull the pack temporarily. Ps4 reward is additional blue screen crashes everywhere. Enjoy!

This is funny because I have 3 barbed collars equipped right now 🤔 they are wayfaring, sturdy and unified or did I misunderstand and you can't have 2 collars that are sturdy as ex.?
You cant have collars that give the same equip bonuses.

You shouldn't be able to have 2 of the same collar types equip

I bought rank 15 black ice (deff) and rank 13 gigantic (offense i think) for pvp. Better then uppgrading collars. Also then i Can start a little pvp
