I can't fit a pizza in mine, but I think I cook everything else in it. I think pork chops, or pork tenderloin slabs are best cooked in an oven, and a burger best cooked in a skillet, but I really try to cook everything else in it. With aluminum foil, I will try vegetables too. Bacon is the best in an air fryer.

what I learned owning an air fryer is that it's just a high air volume convection oven rather than an oil fryer. oil fryers take 2-7 minutes for fries while the air fryer is 15-30 minutes, and a convection oven is 20-40 minutes.
also if you buy an oil sprayer, expect more of a stream of oil since oil naturally doesn't mist. mix it with some water-based stuff like vinegars/wines/hot sauce to give it more mist abilities and kick up some flavor. but expect a change in time based on how much.

It’ll help you cut down on fast food/deep fried food - especially takeaway food cooked in rapeseed oil (highly inflammatory). So that’s good. Also you won’t go mad and end up eating more. I was hooked on chicken wings from my local fast food place hard to resist. Forbidden fruit? But I now make my own in the air fryer and after a few days of eating them regularly, I’m eating them even less now. In fact the deep fried ones don’t seem so appealing now. Even making me feel a bit pukey thinking about them.
