I think Obama's presidency made certain factors of the rightwing rabid and radicalized enough to start the Tea Party and other organizations united in hate of the 'other' which is why hate of the immigrants is so easy and popular for those who took serious the issue with Obamas birth certificate. Politics has a cyclical call and response so the response of Obama and Black Lives Matter was Trump, Qanon and The Proud Boys which created an even deeper divide in diplomatic thinking, at this point the divide can only be overcome by a world shaking event to draw us all together. Try dating apps, my sisters mother in law was single at 54. She tried it first alone and the four dates she went on were horrible because she didn't understand how you should filter out guys. She felt guilt about canceling the planned dates so she went on one date with the two other guys to be nice, but the first guy the sister picked out turned out to be the perfect guy. So if you have trouble matching and how you should go about it find someone younger to help you with the profile and who you should go after.

Ann's comments on abortion are, I think, the first realistic thing I've ever heard her say. She's being honest about what the hardcore 'pro-life' stance is doing to the Republicans. Like it or not, it was a real comment.
It's also an argument I think conservatives can realistically make, it's really NOT great to have that as a court case precedent. Let the states make it actual law. It's a winning issue, put it on the ballot. We've had this for 50 years, put it into law.
There were a few times last night during the show I was agreeing with Van Jones. And even Ann was agreeing with him on some of the subject. It's the reason that Bill's show is so important. You can show that people who have some VASTLY different views AGREE on subjects. lets get those things fixed and then fight about the stuff we don't agree on, but in a reasonable, mature way. We all want the same goals, we just have different ways to get there.

But I also have checked out of cable news 100% and have been listening to nothing but podcasts which are all extremely civil even when arguing. Listening to Unheard or Sam Harris or Lex Fridman is so civil I sometimes use it to help me to sleep.

I'm not impressed. Coulter's FIRST question was about Tucker Carlson's horrible obsequious interview with Putin where he says Russia is better than America, and what does she do? "Well, BOTH SIDES..." Disgusting.

Try dating apps, my sisters mother in law was single at 54. She tried it first alone and the four dates she went on were horrible because she didn't understand how you should filter out guys. Sister helped her out with her profile, spent a few hours finding three acceptable candidates. She felt guilt about canceling the planned dates so she went on one date with the two other guys to be nice, but the first guy the sister picked out turned out to be the perfect guy. So if you have trouble matching and how you should go about it find someone younger to help you with the profile and who you should go after.

Ann's comments on abortion are, I think, the first realistic thing I've ever heard her say. She's being honest about what the hardcore 'pro-life' stance is doing to the Republicans. Like it or not, it was a real comment.
It's also an argument I think conservatives can realistically make, it's really NOT great to have that as a court case precedent. Let the states make it actual law. It's a winning issue, put it on the ballot. We've had this for 50 years, put it into law.

There were a few times last night during the show I was agreeing with Van Jones. And even Ann was agreeing with him on some of the subject. It's the reason that Bill's show is so important. You can show that people who have some VASTLY different views AGREE on subjects. lets get those things fixed and then fight about the stuff we don't agree on, but in a reasonable, mature way. We all want the same goals, we just have different ways to get there.

I could have done without that horrendously biased woman in the blue shirt. Her very first words of the segment were a complete fabrication of how political lean has swung among young people. She's trying claim that young men have swung deeply conservative when the actual data shows that young men simply haven't moved and largely identify as moderate while women have swung wildly liberal and mostly identify as such. Look up the axios article on this to see what I mean.

Yes, the response from the woman in blue was complete leftist twaddle. The reason young men are increasingly leaning right is because they have been demonised and emasculated by the liberal left (people like her, I dare say) which holds power in all the key institutions of society. Phrases like "toxic masculinity" enter the vernacular. My son is 15, and they regularly lecture him about misogyny at his school, even though he is in an all BOYS school, and hasn't even had much of a chance to mix with girls. It's a constant subliminal psychological attack of "you're an evil white misogynistic male with toxic masculinity" and it is doing great damage, especially when the same message is being given to girls. It was so different when I was young, and we didn't grow up so insecure and hating ourselves. For the record, I think Andrew Tate is a total w@nker, but he is correct about many of the reasons the lack of self worth felt by young men.

I think one of the issues overlooked are the number of children and teens who are medicated. Whether it be for ADHD, hyperactivity, ADD, anxiety, depression, or pills for every disorder and bodily function. We have pills! I think we need to look at that ratio!

why is the question "why are young women leaning more liberal and young men leaning more conservative" being discussed by this panel as something that has gone wrong with the young men? they're talking about it like its some sort of problem.
Because it causes problems with dating (possibly, it's hard enough) and having a gender split in society on top of the other splits causes a further loss of cohesion.

I did the Uber job for a while and talked to a lot of people, including Russians. Putin has massive Russian support because their lives are better, ten times better. I think it is a big mistake to not listen to Putin because a lot of what we are being told is complete bullshit.

Do ya'll watch a lot of cable news? I'm genuinely curious because there's a ton of people in here shocked that the discussion was civil. Which I find weird. But I also have checked out of cable news 100% and have been listening to nothing but podcasts which are all extremely civil even when arguing.
Listening to Unheard or Sam Harris or Lex Fridman is so civil I sometimes use it to help me to sleep.
