wondering what's the gravy sauce made of?
Basically is a mix of soy sauce, chicken Stock, salt&pepper, sugar, spices etc.
What is that green condiment they use please?
Its a combination of Scallions, ginger ans garlic put in hot boiling oil my friend

@ Kaiser Eat UR heart out ! That sauce is just made up with spring onions and some cooking oil ,before they wl add ginger too .But now because of budget, they chop away so many ingredients

Sauce for the meats
It's either soy sauce that is slightly sweetened or the juices they season the inside a roast duck with and and seal it all in and then after they roast the duck they cut it open and save the juices. Liquid gold.
