Yep. I've been eating a lot of things I can just toss into a bowl and eat in my air conditioned bedroom (the kitchen and living room got up to "only" 36C today). Also making so much froyo and eating too many popsicles. My dinner last night was ricotta with olive oil and seasonings with a bunch of chopped peppers tossed in and a roll.
That all looks delicious. It’s your deadpan, unchanging expression that gets me. I’m sold on how done you are when it’s too hot to cook but what you created looks mighty fine to me!
Remember, the over it jazz hands are a very important step, they say shut up and eat it, it’s what there is. Very important for when you’ve made the food then look at it and think, yeah I don’t know if I want this now

Then make a new account (Dropbox, Google, etc) and upload the stories to the cloud as you collect them. I made a bunch of backup USBs of the data, and gave the acct password to my family members so they could upload their family stories too. I did that with my grandma, and now generations who may never meet her will know what her voice sounds like and how her face looks in motion, and I'll always have her stories told in her own words :) Uploading scans of their handwriting and recipes to the cloud is good too ☺️
I was taught to put the wraps in the microwave with a damp cloth around them for 20-30 seconds (perhaps more time depending on how many) and when they come out they are pliable and fold easily.

Cold brew is available at the store. It’s a few extra bucks, but it’s smooth and caffeinated and pairs well with ice and any additive you like. Or you can make it the day before and put it in the fridge. This requires heat first though. . .
Yeah no making popsicles is a lot more frustrating and expensive than just buying them. You can get an 80 count pack of ice-pops-in-a-tube at Walmart for $6. Just getting paper cups and tongue compressors for homemade popsicle molds is going to cost more than $6.
@riverstein7251 look into the ingredients of those cheap Popsicles! They are all chemicals and dyes. Fake food. The one time investment of popsicle molds and using whole food ingredients is priceless! Dollar tree has popsicle molds for 1.25. No need for tongue compressers etc. Health over convenience wins every time.

Quick tip! At lunch counters in stores where they don’t use toothpicks to hold wraps shut, they use a small amount of cream cheese on the edge of the wrap so once it cools again, it holds shut. Try it if your making a couple in advance of lunch.

I love doing wraps for supper! My FAVORITE is ham with lettuce, a little ranch, honey mustard, and shredded cheese! So simple and SO yummy!
