Galapagos Penguins!

- The only Penguin north of the Equator. They live in the Galápagos Islands off the coast of Ecuador. The Humboldt Current sends cold water from Antarctica through the islands and allows these penguins to live there. According to the World Wildlife Fund, there are fewer than 2,000 Galapagos Penguins. They are an endangered species. Like much of the wildlife in the islands, they have no fear of humans.
