Flashy beautiful birds! Both male & female here. The brilliant red of the male, the peachy female. One of the most iconic of birds in the Texas Hill Country. A very busy bird! Vermilion Flycatcher. An interesting aside: early digital cameras could not handle the brilliant red of the male and would pixilate and freak out!
