I love Dubai. I live near Amsterdam and since 2013 the house prices have increased with 60%! Even in my town close to Amsterdam and Schiphol airport everything is getting so expensive.
And I want to live in Dubai for sure when i’m a little bit older. But it looks expensive to rent in Dubai.
Yes, rent is quite high here. But it means as well that ROI is good as well.
Interesting case with such increase of the price in Amsterdam.
Why do you think it increased that much?
for travelers who invest alot ... dubai can be an amazing investment... specially that dubai government protect these investments. good video
Thank you for your comment!
The only guy who gives great advice!!! Love u Denis!
Thank you, happy to see you here 👍
Only problem with Dubai. All medications are banned which are legal in other countries. I had an eye infection and I couldn't get simple eye drops with antibiotics, which are over the counter here in Canada. And had to see a private doc and paid 590 USD for the privilege.
It's banned to bring them without prescription.
Thanks, Dear Sir, the valuable leading conversation about the Real Estate(property project development Infrastructures) in Dubai for investing👏.Welcome Canadians and Others from all over the world.!✈✔✌
Thank you Muntaser! 👍
Nice video. Comparing western countries real estate investment vs. Dubai. Keep it up! Could you also make a video highlighting key downside risk in investing in Dubai real estate? It would be good for the investor to know both side of the coin! Cheers man!
The downside here is as in any other city or any other investment pretty much the same.
It all depends on a wise choice of investment or investment strategy.
Here is one of my first videos where I explain how to avoid main problems:

good interview , Denis
Thank you 👍.
Glad to see you here.
Since 2007 I was waiting for this moment to invest and now I invested in few properties. Personal advice do it now or max 2020. After that you will regret because projects will be limited in future.
What do you mean by limited. How will property be limited after 2020?
@@sgill4833 government of Dubai have is investing in their private sectors like Emaar and Dubai properties and Damac who h are the 3 top property real estate companies. They don't want to over deliver the quantity. That's why the keep developing new properties until 2020 expo and then they have a pause. Which will take the prices of the ready properties atleast 30% up.
It's a agenda to make room for filling those ready properties. Most of the properties belong to government companies who h will be available for rent.
I'm short : if you can invest in a new project which will deliver their ready properties in next two years time. You are making atleast 30% to 50% profit on it easily.
In 2020 expo will drive lot of people towards Dubai and by that time shiekh Muhammad AL maktoom Airport in Dubai will be ready. Which will be bigger than Dubai Airport.
Future is looking bright. Get involved now or stay behind very simple.
It will be hard to buy new project properties after 2020 because it will be so expensive due to limited supply.
Exctly brothers ,so think i

Best development is Dubai Creek Island in my opinion.
What is your favourite part about it?
@@DubaiRealty Marina, and Central Park, Island. Best of all worlds.
Big difference between Dubai Real Estate Market and Canadian Real Estate Market. In my opinion, Canada can't compete Dubai when it comes to Real Estate, Dubai always coming up with great new schemes for investors.
Thank you for your opinion 👍
Definitely very safe!
That is true 👍
On 2008, I paid 68,000 AED to R-Holding company to purchase one unit in Ajman, Emirates City. They asked me to pay this amount to be able to enter to the contract. The contract was supposed to be sent to me one month later... But they never sent me the contract. The project has been cancelled and to this day, they have not refunded my money. Ajman government done nothing till this day. Why?
The founder and chairman of R- Holding is Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi ,THE SON OF AJMAN RULER.
This is the reason why I recommend to invest only in Dubai.
I'm sorry that you faced this issue.
Unfortunately, each Emirate has its own rules and regulations and I don't know anything about Ajman. The luck of good regulations is the main reason why I don't recommend to consider any Emirate besides Dubai.
What are the tax implications for Canadians on investing in dubai? Do we get taxed on the rental income etc?
