Amazing video and very informative historic details, which I learnt for the first time. I love this area of Mumbai, including fort, Colaba, fountain area. In my early career, I had opportunity to visit many of these buildings in Ballard estate, as the port was still functioning there and my company was in exports business. I loved walking around these buildings, seeing the beautiful architecture. It is sad though that presently most of Ballard estate is kind of not vibrant as before. A little investment and interest in this area, could really turn it into a tourist attraction as most buildings are in real good shape. In most European countries, the area like VT, Fort, Ballard Estate, Fountain, Colaba would be the busy tourist district.. sadly we are more fixated on the steel and glass shine of BKC
Great & amezing commentary. I used to visit Kamani house in good old days of early 80s in an audit assignment. Everything is very fresh in my mind with a nostalgic feeling. Thanks for your efforts to bring it very close to my heart. ❤🎉
