Cinnamon-Infused Coffee Recipe: Unique Flavour with Coffee Cunning Water

The unique feature of this coffee is that it is brewed using cinnamon-infused water, which imparts a special flavour and aroma.
Ingredients for one portion:
2-3 tsp ground coffee
210 ml (7 fl oz) water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp brandy
1 sugar cube
Method:
1. Place the cinnamon stick in a saucepan and add the water.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it steep.
3. Using the cinnamon-infused water, brew the coffee with your preferred method.
4. Pour the brewed coffee into a serving cup.
5. Place the sugar cube on a tablespoon, drizzle with brandy, and ignite.
6. Once the flame extinguishes and the sugar melts, add the contents of the spoon to the coffee.
