Hyundai’s brand new system ‘Rear Occupant Alert’ monitors the rear seats using sensor that detects the movements of children and makes visual and auditory warnings to reduce child heat hazards. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Already installed as standard in my 2015 Toyota corolla Altis
To all of u commenting "what if someone was purposly in the car". It only turns on the system if the childlock is on, the one u control from front seats that locks the doors and windows.
Which u have on if u have kids, u can obviously turn it off and it wont do that.
vay vay vay nice 👌👌👌
why didn't we have this 10 years ago.....
Ty Smith this wasn’t a serious question...
I have made the same project and installed in car
how would this help a sleeping baby.
Great, maybe now people won't leave there dogs in their hot cars anymore as well. This should be in minivans as well.

What if someone is just waiting in the car while you buy a coffe?
then why can not you just don't turn on the alarm system?

this is an utterly idiotic approach. instead, there should be a CO2 detector (as in breathing. rings a bell?) that triggers alarm (or starts engine and air condition or both) above certain temperature (say 50 deg. C) no matter where anybody sits (may be unconscious or something, or a dog in the luggage compartment ... it doesn't matter.), even when on the move. if somebody is in an overheated vehicle and still breathing, alarm goes off and system saves life. you're welcome, hyundai idiots. do it properly and foolproof or don't do anything.
