- I decided to make a wagon at home because for how much those things cost, it's worth seeing what I could do for less money. I'm pretty happy. Could be better but for the amount of time I had (not much) things turned out pretty well.
So glad to run across this video. Been racking my brain trying to figure out a steering problem I was having with my wagon build. This is so simple and effective. Built my wagon using a old riding mower. Thanks A Million.
nice simple work. I am going to utilize your video to make the frame for a garden cart that will have dumping capability. Thank you for sharing your work!
Nicely built. The northern tool 149.00 wagon holds 1000lb. mine just broke after 7 years as a wagon for a generator.. yours is built better. The steering linkage bar snapped at pivot bar.
SWEET, just what I was looking for! I am making a mini hay wagon for our sub compact. I have been looking for the easiest steering system(for me) to build. I'm cutting the front end out of a garden tractor and it's on now. Thanks for the video thumbs up!
Your video was a good find. I'll be building one with different different dimensions and flipping handle to allow for either hand pull or lawn tractor pull.
At work we fabricated brackets that go over handles and fit into trailer hitches for towing. They work great.
Coooool. I think I'm gonna make a version of this for my welder generator
Really digging how you did the steering. Hope ya'll don't mind me swiping your design? Great vid Brother.
Pff... use my designs all you want. I don't own them. Everything I do is just building on the generations before me.
Thanks for watching!
Same workbench I have....
Excellent.
Looking back, what would you have done different on this part 1 step of your build?
Thanks you friend!!!
You are welcome!
Awesome video! I'm thinking about using this base for an ORCA cooler. If I was to build the front the same but not actually have the handle attached to the steering linkage and to the cooler itself instead would the leverage and direction turn the front wheels efficiently? Thank you for your time!
How much weight can this steering linkage support in the cart?
Nice build, how easy is it to assemble the rear axle. Like did you use lock washers or just the nut and bolt
Nylocks. Pretty easy. They made the bearing race wider than the wheel, so as long as it's clamped snug the bearing can spin freely.
Love it! Quick question, which welder did you use from Harbor Freight and are you happy with the performance? Thanks!
Thank you! This was the chicago 90 amp welder, works great. It's almost identical to the chicago 125.
This is great. Would you be so kind as to put some dimensions down for us less insightful folks? Thanks
Omg😭your video really help me. I need to Submit my assignment . Need your permission to use your idea in the video especially at the handle part. Thank you so much😭😭
Go for it. I wouldn't call it "my" design, it's just something I thought up but lots of people have made something similar.
Did you weld right over the galvanized coating on the bolts?
I think those are stainless.
Can I get those dimensions ??
Chris Pratt is that you?
I want to make one with ATV wheels and tires.
Where did u get the spindles?
CHEVY BOY!!!! I made them out if 5/8-11 All thread, which fit perfectly in the bearings that were already in the wheels.
Cant see what you made because the end screen cards are in the way
WOW !! A radio flyer on steroids..cool..
I wouldn't play that kind of music cause it was hard to hear u or at least turn it down a lot.
Yeah I don't use music anymore. I don't know why I did that.
coba.penjelasannya lebih mendetil lagi

He's so fuckin fast I learned nothing
the information is good, but you filmed the video too fast to follow. Basically a useless video to be able to follow and take mental notes...
slow down the video speed and put it on normal when he talks
or listen to him talk in that speed its not effecting him im listening as i type this just slower talking makes it easier to understand
There is definitely an option to pause, it is pressing the play button. You can also click anywhere in the time line, this will allow to go back and hear it again. You could also design your own wagon and produce a video to your satisfaction. When you post it, I'd like to see it.
I liked the pace of the video.
@@cheriecasey3072 this. So many people forget that youtube videos have playback speed options.
Whenever I see a comment complaining that a video is too fast, I can't help but think that, if the video had been filmed slower, someone else would complain that it's too slow. Can't please everyone, which is probably why youtube allows us to change the speed.
