From software definitely took inspiration from the experience you get when you return back to a game you haven't playing after a long time. Every enemy is just physically built different

For real! Everything smacks harder than 12 semi trucks with broken brakes going down a 67 degree downward slope on I-95
I couldn't do it man I died to rellana about 20 times the trick is too use a mimic tear and summon the girl use Eleonoras pole blade with bleed talismans... also flame Grant me strength with the golden vow incantations it helps a lot.
Sorry to hear that bro, but you got this. I died over 100 times against her for 10 hours straight and I finally beat her with the Sword of Milos and the Sacred relic sword. Had to buff with golden vow and black flame's protection for a defense buff, used the shriek of milos for a reduction in all damage negation and status resistances, and using the faith knot crystal tear in my physick for a faith boost. All of that to just barely beat her. Dawg..

Daannngg homie lol good luck 🙏 All I can say is collect the Scadutree fragments they help negate damage as well as giving you a damage boost but only in the realm of the shadow.
