    Your food is always gorgeous! All the colours in the gratin and the little sprig of garnish on top is so pretty. This is the difference between a cook and a true chef.

    Awesome stuff Bruno! Have you thought about doing some videos on plate composition? Teach us how to plate and make clean and artistic presentations? That would be great.

    in this very moment, it is in the oven. i eat quinoa often but i have never made it this way. after sauteeing it with the carrots, it smelled so good and it tasted soooo delicious!!! This is a very easy dish to make and in about a less than an hour, i will know how I did and how it turned out! :) thanks for such an easy delicious recipe!
    ***UPDATE***
    It was so friggin good! Personally, I strongly suggest everyone roast the eggplant and tomatoes because the flavour profile is improved exponentially! Also, the toasting of the quinoa is SO important! It completely changed its flavour! Toasty and nutty. Will add this recipe to my repertoire!

      Thank you for your suggestion. I roasted the eggplant and tomatoes with thyme and olive oil, and toasted the quinoa. The result was incredible combination of texture and flavor. This recipe is a keeper.

      @@ommaya1336My pleasure! I'm sure if you microwave it, it would taste fine, but roasting.... it's just magical. I made this a second time, and I used roasted red bell peppers and leek to go along with the eggplant and tomatoes! Amazing! I feel that this recipe lends itself very well go modifications!

    Cette recette est géniale ! Testée cette semaine, ce gratin a plu à tout la famille. Les couleurs, les saveurs, les odeurs,l’esthétique du plat ....ouah ! Et en plus, complètement diététique.
    Que ce soit du sucré, du salé, du traditionnel ou plus contemporain, c’est à chaque fois délicieux, toujours équilibré dans les parfums et toujours faisable pour des amateurs quand on respecte vos conseils !

    I would like to try making this with couscous.. Instead of quinoua. I think that could work! Couscous is lower in carbs than quinoua.

    Maybe at some point you will understand who your audience consists of. Either do hardcore food porn or cook for the people...I'm referring to your comment where you stated that only "shit works on youtube"...Also a little bit of modesty wouldn't hurt. You are a great chef but please don't think you are in any way better than your audience. Because that's the reason why your channel didn't lift up like crazy until now. All the best!
