This dish made me cry 😢 .. my mom died 21years ago, and she used to cook this dish for us !! She was such a “cordon bleu” ... It was so good and I’ve never been able to remake the same flavor .... thanks Chef for this nostalgic moment

Damn, I thought my grandma invented this dish. She does exactly this except for the potato, and its seriously amazing. A stupid friend of mine came over and took a big bite out of It, than put it back on the tray saying It had "way too much flavor" to him. Some people Just can't get food this good.

Despite or maybe because the situation is so worrying and dramatic for many, good things emerge, people help each other, think of each other. A younger friend of mine whom I had asked to make a little shopping for me, the old lady, not only brought me the few thing I had asked for but also chocolate and strawberries. So lovely and heartwarming. Take care of yourself, wash your hands and call your friends and family.

Amazzing video wow. I absolutely love gratin. The definition of comfort food ! I have a question though. I dont know how to caramalize onions and in your video i got lost. You said heat butter and olive oil and sautee on low heat with lid cover then stir them and keep uncovered for 5 minutes on low heat? Bit in the video you put the lid back. What should i do . Thank youu
