Don Frye has beaten up more men, for more money, in more places than you can even spell. Who better to turn to for advice on life, love, and the pursuit of awesomeness.
The world can't always be both politically correct and utterly hysterical. So, with that said, this is one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time. Don's one of those guys from a long lost era, a genuine tough sonuvabitch whose a bit punch-drunk. He friggin hilarious, and unapologetic about being politically incorrect. His only real problem is that he belongs in the 12th century swinging swords into mfs on the battlefield, slaying motherfuckers, and drinking hard afterwards. Respect is due.
I don't think I've ever seen Frye and Selleck in the same room. I've theorized that perhaps Frye is the "Hulk" alter ego of Frye. You wouldn't like Tom Selleck when he's angry...
Shamrock (as much as I love him) gets fried every time he gets in a trash talking match. If he fought as badly as he talks, he would have been knocked out at UFC 1 15 seconds into the very first round.
Don Frye and Dan Severn are like that, so funny, rofl Once Big John asked Dan if he any questions before the fight, Dan starting asking john a physics question, John just stayed in that ultra serious frame and didn't answer, lol
The problems began when Fuji TV in mid 2006 ended up removing Pride from their programming schedule amid accusations that Pride and its parent company DSE were in bed with the Yakuza. This left them with SkyTV PPV. The loss of Fuji TV was a major revenue killer and the beginning of the end of Pride. Pride 34 held April 8, 2004 was the last Pride Event. Earlier in March Lorenzo Fertita who owns the UFC purchased the company with plans to continue Pride. That never happened though.
last pride event was actually in 07, interesting info tho. I heard rumors about the tie to the Yakuza as well, i think there is even a story somewhere where Mirko cro cop kinda alluded to it.
UFC 1-8 featured tournaments. UFC 9 was the first non tournament card.UFC 10-16 featured tournaments UFC 6 featured the crowning of the first UFC Champion to win the title in a non-tournament format. Ken Shamrock won that and from then on they had super fights. Winner of super fight would become super fight champ and defend the super fight title. If memory serves me correctly that molded into the first real UFC championship. Secondly after UFC 16 they never went back to the tournament format
Yeah Don Frye is one of my favorites but its always been and always will be the Croatian Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipović. Since I come from a Croatian family It's been in my blood to root for him since so few Croatians ever really prospered in K-1 and MMA. The man is in my eyes the most successful K-1 fighter to go to MMA. Still bitter that he didn't beat Fedor or Big Nog back in Pride.
Don Frye is seriously like a character out of a movie or something, except it's real life and you can tell he's genuine too.
Don Frye is hilarious. He is super funny. I love his sense of humor.
Frye for president.
Hell yes
One of Don's mustache hairs fell out once, now we call it Chuck Norris.
@Website guy One night there was an earthquake in Texas. Don sneezed in Arizona. Now Chuck checks his closet at night for Don.
When Don Frye does a push up, he pushes the world down.
By far, the best comeback of all time.
Don Frye should've been in the Expendables.
Hilarious, a national treasure for you yanks. Massive respect to the Don
This is real old school trashtalking and very inteligent by the way!!!
Don has an awesome voice
Love the friendly ball busting by these two who obviously have mutual respect for one another.
Two absolute legends
Ole Don. Still a hard headed tough s.o.b. Even his voice sounds dangerous. Only man I've ever seen turn a match into a face punching contest.
hahah best come back I've heard in a while.

Got the voice of a Grizzly gargling hot tar, Japan will never forgive us for dropping the A bombs and Don Frye on them.........a true American Hero.
I get the feeling that Frye’s moustache on its own would stand a pretty good chance in the octagon
two men who's combined force could destroy the planet poking fun at each other... I love it :)

The manliest fighter ever. Out all of the classic fighters i would say Don is the best.

If Don Frye ever went to war, the enemies of Don would immediately surrender because we all know that Don's mustache is the deadliest weapon of all.

I always wondered how Don Frye graduated top of the class of the Dale Carnegie course. I now know why.
Don Frye FTW.
I would vote for Don Frye for POTUS in a heartbeat.
