It is reasonable to say that many women face harassment now and then. It is NOT reasonable to say that basically all women face constantly harassment as if every woman deals with it several times per week.
And, again, it ignores female predators and male victims and manages to disparage innocent men by implying men as a group are systematically oppressing women as a group, which is demonstrably false and horrendously sexist.

People do lie, but it's always better to err on the side of the accuser in this case. Yes, innocent until proven guilty is a thing, but victim-blaming and abuse of power have been utilized to force countless victims into hiding. George Takei had been dear to my heart as one of the few Asian-American actor role models out there, but that's no reason for me to be skeptical of his victim's allegations if I'm just as willing to believe the victims of Kevin Spacey etc.
