The shimotsuki guy died alongside Oden. Onimaru protected the graves for 5 years. Kawamatsu did it for 2 years and then got captured for 13 years.

Lol, no. Kawamatsu said "in 13 years the people of Wano will stand up to Kaido" meaning 7 years has passed since Oden died and they were sent to the future. And the dude died 5 years ago, meaning there was a 2 year span after Oden died til the other dude died

Since when has luffy had anything against killing, he doesn’t do it cause his power isn’t the most lethal, it’s bludgeoning damage, luffy doesn’t kill on accident but he certainly doesn’t go out of his way to avoid it, luffy on drum island shoots Wapol into the ocean, a dude he knows has a devil fruit, so he doesn’t really worry about that

Maybe the fox WAS actually a regular fox, BUT within the 13 years the fox died but wasn’t at rest because he didn’t reunite with kawamatsu so the fox’s spirit lived on and is now able to transform so he protected the swords as gyukimaru BUT NOW since kawamatsu is back his soul is at rest and now the fox is actually dead...
With the rebels getting stronger each chapter makes me think how much is left other than wait and hiyori is best girl for zoro he loses a sword and he gets a equally legendary sword

Zoro is getting massive upgrades but some fans need to calm down if they think this equals Zoro taking Kaido down 1v1. We can now just add him to the small list of people that will be essential to being able to hurt Kaido now.

It would be awesome if the finishing blow was Luffy goes into gear 4th charges up the king kong gun but uses it to lauch Zoro at Kaido.
Punk Hazard foreshadowed exactly that. I'm pretty confident it wont be "supanova vs Kaido" but a Luffy & Zoro (at least the final fight) teamwork.
Zoro ain't gonna defeat the last boss by himself, 1k chapters into and Luffy always defeats the big boy. Not that "Zoro couldn't", just the way the story is. But at the same time, you can't have Zoro leave Wano without surpassing Ryuma. And that ancient boy killed a dragon so ... Yeah.

Thanks dude... Since I read the chapter last night I was waiting to see your video.
Zoro finishing off Kaido with Enma would be poetic. The fact that it will carry the will of both Hiyori and Momonosuke with them probably watching would be a nice finishing blow. I'm positive that Luffy will do his thing against Kaido, and might even be the one to create the opening needed for Zoro to end it.

Proto Phantom aren’t the kitetsu blades based off actually Japanese legend where muramasu wanted revenge on someone so much he used his own blood to forge the swords so they carry the same resentment as the blacksmith and need People’s blood which is why his swords where stolen constantly with the owners being killed?
That would mean every stolen sword is a cursed sword, and there's a hundred of thousands og them, which will make the cursed blade less valuable.
@@sfguzmani Not neccesarily. Not every STOLEN sword would be haunted, only those swords that were meant to be a gravestone for fallen Wano samurais. Its stated that they carry these swords their whole life. I mean... Every warrior is attached to his blades and stealing them is mean and all, but...in Wano you basically steal the LEGACY of a fallen samurai by stealing his sword off his tombstone. Sword that he carried by his side his whole life. Sword that protected hhim untill he was killeed or simply died. As in you took something that belonged to long deceased and probably powerful samurai. Spirit of that samurai would most likely be inclined to haunt carriers of that sword. Makes sense to me.
@@HollowIchigo4243 that's still a lot of cursed blade just in case. The Cursed blade are famous because they are made by world renowned artisan kitetsu, and their numbers are only 3 that's why they are important and rare.
I want Zoro to like Slice Wano straight in half so everyone in Wano is just like "OH MY GOD THAT IS THE NEW SWORD GOD GIVE HIM SHUSUI" because i just want him to keep shusui and be badass while doing it

I think in pirate warriors 3 one of zolo attack is called hells gate now he can literally summon a hellgate maybe haha.
I would really like the Enma blad to be 1) a Saijo O Wazamono, and 2) a blade that hasn't been made black yet. It would be so awesome if Zoro could make his own black blade(s). It would also justify him giving up Shusui.

Maybe Zoro will realize to give back Shusui when it's weight changes. Remember that when Zoro took it for the first time he said that the blade was heavier than the others he's wielded. Maybe it was just yearning to be returned to it's rightful place.
I think at the end of the series Zoro will be standing over Ryuma's grave, looking at Shusui and think back to when he fought Ryuma. Then he puts it on the grave and walks away. Something like that

I think Zoro will trade Oden's sword and he will use it in battle but at end of the Wano.arc he will return that sword to Momonosuke because Momonosuke is rightful owner of the sword Enma.
Zoro will end up having 3 Great grade swords Wado, Shusui and Nidai Kitetsu

Epic Intro Tekking
I have to admit, Onimaru is one though fox. First he defended the graves from graverobbers for 5 years alone, and then after meeting Kawamatsu, he spent another 13 risking his life to gather weapons for the day of the final battle. I'm actually hoping, after the final battle, and Orochi & Kaido have been overthrown, Hiyori & Momonoske let Onimaru live with them. After spending 18 years alone going through all that, he deserves a nice home 😃
hes propably dead and his spirit could finally rest when kawamatsu returned

We know that the zombies' corpse bodies retained some memory of their lives, Cindry being a perfect example. So it was probably a combination of Brook's personality and Ryuma's samurai spirit that had him gift Shusui to Zoro.

This was a nice chapter to see with the kitsune being shown before with the devil fruit and then with the lion fox. It was great. This might be a nice set up for future mystical creatures aside the ones on wano being shown or how devil fruits take thw animals characteristics to the person or thing that eats it
very fascinating to watch Tekking nailing the fight between Kaido and Oden how exactly went down. Just Wow.
Next new attack from zoro have to be "Gate of hell..Cerberus"

I think there is an interesting point to consider regarding reanimated Ryuma not possessing his memories. Ryuma (being dead) would obviously not have known how revered he had become in Wano since his death. While he was known at the "sword god" while alive it would be understandable that he didn't know his sword had become a national treasure after his passing. Even if he had an idea of the sentimental value of Shusui he could have decided that, as it was his blade, he could have the final say of who owned it.

3. Assuming Scopper Gaban is the 3rd ranked in the crew he is probably slightly weaker than Rayleigh (if we follow the trend that higher ranked crew members are stronger)

When Kowamatsu was talking about how the swords would let the past samurai fight for their country it reminded me of a moment in Fullmetal Alchemist. Near the end Alphonse is back against a wall and his comrade Heinkel gives him a philosophers stone, something Al swore to never use, and when he objects Heinkel tells him that he needs to use it so that the people who were killed to make it could get their payback and defend their country from the people who did that to them.

So what's really fitting about this week's chapter is that I ordered a Shusui replica from a store on Ali Express and it finally got here a few days ago! Actually, I think it might be the exact same one you have. It' gonna be bittersweet if Zoro actually gives it up, but man I am so unbelievably hyped to see what Enma looks like. It'll be crazy to see Zoro weild a new sword after almost 11 or 12 years or so with the same ones.
What I want to know is how did the legends of the Meito in wano leave the country in the first place to become famous overseas?
A sword called Enma would totally suit Zoro's "demon" aesthetic. Though I do feel like someone should be attacking Kaido with Shusui too for poetic reasons.
Like maybe the Sandai Kotetsu breaks, so he uses the Wado Ichimonji, Enma, and Shusui during the final battle, then trades the Shusui in for the Nidai afterwards.
