Voices are good for a quick bit of shock value, which usually gets a good laugh, I know I personally enjoy them anyway. Using them over and over again whether it be RogersBase with Big News Morgans or Tekking101 with Orochi however... it's just annoying and overdone at this point. The shock value wore off some time ago for me.

I'm feeling so validated right now. Just last week I posted a theory about Wano after Sengoku drew attention to it, and one of the main points was "There's a reason Wano is isolationist, and it's because they were resisting the WG as a last bastion that obviously worked."
Dropping the other calls now in case more comes in:
- Wano was created by the Anti-WG faction during the Void Century, and it was more like a unification of countries than being plundered by a giant. Depending on whether or not said giant was Oars, it might've been made by the owner of the giant Straw Hat.
- The reason those islands in particular were joined is because they all had the biggest/only Seastone deposits in the world. It was to fend off "something" the WG had obtained as a weapon.
- When the World Government attacked Wano centuries ago and had to be repelled by Ryuuma, it wasn't because they wanted gold, but because they wanted the Seastone.
- Wano's isolationist policy is to protect "something", and once a plan is complete a la the promise with Poseidon, the borders will open to everyone again.

- Ryuuma defended Wano from Pirates it was specifically stated, not WG.
- What "plan a la the promise with Poseidon"? What does Poseidon has to do with Wano?
@@mohamedab9033 "More like "a unification of countries" than "plundered by a giant". Two different scenarios that paint the same event with very different tones. Wano wasn't a victim of piracy, but a plan against the WG, basically.
I thought the reason the World Government leaves Wano alone is because they're too strong to bother?
The "Wano plan" I'm guessing at wouldn't have much to do with the Poseidon promise itself. It's more like...the promise Joy Boy had with Poseidon was clearly some sort of plan involving the Noah that never achieved fruition (for now). There was a plan arranged between the Kozuki clan and...somebody(D clan, Joy Boy, the ancient giants, some other anti-WG faction), and until that plan is executed, the country will remain isolationist.

Matt Gray Ah, that. There's a prevalent theory that Wano is an assembly of different islands that a giant just up and stole. You can sorta see it with all the different regions.
I referenced Oars because Oars was known as the Continent Puller or something along those lines.

Honestly. I remember being in the Steven Universe fandom, watching my favorite CZcamsrs analyze the poster and trailer in the Summer of 2019, and the hype for the movie coming out later that year. These chapters of One Piece, these videos, crazy to think they were coming out at the same time.
Also, I got to watch the movie at a con before It was dubbed in my language, how fun.
I wouldn't get into One Piece heavily until 2021 I think, though I did see Film Gold when It came out and loved it (I was, like, 8).
Well, soon enough oden won’t be a locked character no more. It’s coming the long awaited backstory.

So since I liked my idea very much and I havent read it elsewhere really:
Few things have been established..
1.) Oda LOVES dramatic last second entries, pretty much the climax of every arc was started with one
2.) Oda usually only reintroduce characters in big storys if they will have some sort of major impact to the story, now to Wano specificly:
3.) Caribou. yes, I think he will be very relevant. At the prison it was even mentioned that his NumaNuma no Mi will come in handy.
4.) It has been established back in fishman island that with his power he can even absorb multiple large Mermaids, who all lived through it.
5.) With this chapter it was made very clear that there is literally no other mean left to get to Onigashima, no Sunny, no bridges, no ships left (we will get to that again)
6.)Flash back to last week's chapter, we had this very weird out of place panel between the scabbards greifing with the mysterious cart- howdah thing
7.)... Luffy, the gang are inside or around that thing in disguise. Caribou swallowed all the extra ships with the armies inside. There is literally an army inside that thing. We maybe get some sort of interaction between the SH and Kyoshiro in the Capital, but the big reveal will probably happen at sea, they get busted and Caribou releases all the ships and allies to stop Orochi's fleet before they can meet up at Onigashima (he himself is probably able to flee or he gets saved).
8.) The raid on Onigashima begins

Actually Tekking, in some cultures and places, alcohol like beer or wine was the preferred way of ancient cultures to keep hydrated. Mainly because there was no real way to purify water effectively and in those cases, alcohol ended up being more purified and clean then normal water. So that’s why there is such a drinking culture, mainly because that at a time was used to keep us alive more effectively then water.
