We Made A GIANT Peanut Butter And Fluff Cup! This is the biggest peanut butter and fluff cup we've ever made. We've used this mold before to make giant peanut butter cups, but never with fluff. But if you want one you better get one now because we only made a handful of them!

đ About Hercules Candy
Hercules Candy has been on Steveâs side of the family since 1910(ish). When he took over in the 70âs, he anticipated after 10 years of hard work, he could move the business out of the basement and into a real storefront. Unfortunately, it took until 2018 for that to happen, but hey at least it happened! Steve and Terry own the shop, Craig (the social media manager) is their son, Cara (wrapper and shipper extraordinaire who is poised to take over the shop one day) is their daughter and Leah (who doesnât love being on camera and is very elusive) is their oldest daughter. Karen has been working for Hercules Candy since the twins (Craig and Cara) were about 6 months old and everybody else is a new recruit. Donât forget to subscribe and hit the đ for more videos!

My heart hurt when Max said he hears a high pitch hum when the enroberr gets turned off. When you hear a high pitch hum when a loud machine (or anything loud) stops, you're actually losing a little bit of your hearing, over time that's going to become a real problem. Ear protection is highly recommended.
Do you ship?
Uh oh I don't wanna lose my hearing especially its not just high pitch hum I'm hearing I also heard ringing from time to time đŁđŁđŁ
I have a constant hum in my ears from running machines for 15 years even though I used ear plugs everyday there.
Tinnitus is a horrible thing.
I hope everyone likes or comments on this comment so that Craig sees it
Itâs a small thing, but Terryâs quirky gags, especially the keyboard âtypingâ, I find to be pleasantly humorous.
Your reward for sticking around until the end of the video đ
I live for the typing.
Saaame
@@bmolitor615Me too. Also the times she pretends to be on the phone but itâs a banana or some other object instead of an actual handset. Sheâs hilarious đ
Anyone else feel that the candy company should provide max with sound protection gear. Like sound canceling ear covers? Realistically long term sounds like that can cause damage. Sorry not trying to be that person just was thinking about this videos ago.
Someone send poor max some lol
Scored a giant peanut butter fluff cup! My students will enjoy this. Thanks for making this Steve & Max!
You must have gotten the last one because we're sold out now!
Peanutbutter and banana cups would be awesome. 15 years or so ago reeses did them in honor of Elvis, one of the best candies I had ever tasted
Interesting
You could probably add banana flavor to fluff, unfortunately real bananas would be a no go due to shelf life
@@FirstLast-gw5mg I wasn't talking about using real bananas. I thought that since I was talking to a candy store that makes their candy in house, no one would think I was saying use real bananas instead of a banana cream or something of that variety.
Banana cream pie creams dressed in milk chocolate sounds like an awesome flavor to try too.
Seems like the vibrating table would probably help spread out the pb/fluff. Then instead of letting it sit to settle you could probably just toss it in the fridge and let the pb harden up a little to help the layers stay even when you're spreading the fluff on top...
After a long work week, a video with a few of my favorite things....Chocolate, PB, and Terry's wit! Thank You!
That's so pretty. Colored foil with patterned cellophane overlay is how I'm wrapping all my Christmas gifts this year.
@5:18 Soooooooo satsifying! I love Fluff and peanut butter (and, of course, chocolate).
Max needs to wear hearing protection NOW! Please protect your hearing. Loved the vidya, Craig and Dylan:)
Iâm a mechanic and throughout the maintenance community thereâs a running joke around having calibrated elbows. I think itâs safe to safe this apply to Steve, In regards to chocolate measuring
âPeanut butter/fluff party,â yes and the guests are me, myself, and I⊠we plan to cut it into thirds đ lol
the fact that I have been watching videos about a family making candy in their privately owned candy store for the last two weeks is beyond me lol mind you, I dont even like chocolate and im ordering everything from the site I dont care !!! lollllll you guys are great and I pray your family continued blessings.
Awww thanks so much for supporting us!
Her Herculean people! Please wear ear protection. Get sound engineer ear protection, can hear conversations, blocks those loud sounds to protect your hearing.
Terry!!! You are hilarious!!!
Thank you đ
Great video!
And Craig - over the years the videos get better and better!!
Cheers to you all!!!!
Thanks!
Terry wrapping the fluff cup is just like wowie. I mean they've always done amazing wraps on their treats, but they look so cute but professional at the same time.
Constant noise from machinery can contribute to hearing loss...get Max some candy earplugs!!!
oooo i just noticed the new timestamps c: thanks craig!!! even though i watch all the vids through and through its great to see what is gonna happen in the future of the vid!
Thanks, it took some extra time for sure, but I'm glad it's appreciated!
Yay! So proud of you guys making this a legit peanut butter and "FLUFF" cup. I see so many places and people using just whatever brand of marshmallow cream and it drives me nuts.. lol. There is only 1 Fluff and its the brand I loved as a kid growing up in Massachusetts and still enjoy on occasion today!
Fluff is the best. All those 'cremes' are gross. And I grew up in Michigan, lol.
An offset spatula would help with filling the cups
I don't know how long you've been doing this, but I love the time stamp notes you have now so if your fast forwarding along the timeline, you know what's going on in the video!
This is the first video using them, so I'm glad people are liking them!
The way Terry had the peanut butter & fluff cup on the edge of the counter while she grabbed the paper and put it back had me nervous lol
I have a suggestion!!!! Mix the peanut butter and fluff together and it will make this fudge like spreadable consistency that will make it so much easier to work with. You could even pipe it. Make it a 50/50 ratio and it will turn out great. :)
âIâm surprise you can see me cause Iâm also wearing purple tide camoâ had my dying đđ I swear yâall have me laughing all the time đđđ
Hi Craig, Dylan, Max, Steve and Terry! Nice George Michael reference there in the beginning during the chocolate cup pour...that giant Peanut Butter Fluff cup looks amazing! Terry did great wrapping it up...very festive and colorful! Terry's typing skills never cease to amaze me! đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
Loved the time lapse of the marshmallow fluff settling đ
Yeah I liked it too!
More like a peanut butter and fluff pie
đ„§đ«
I mean kinda lol
Highly approve of this yumminess!! Please wear ear protection guys!!
Wow! Good job filming and bantering, Craig! Looks awesome, Steve and Max! Terri, your gift wrap was very pretty! Iâll remember your tip on curling each ribbon twice. I hope Karen is enjoying her vacay! âșïžđđđđ
What a great way to start my day!!!! I love watching the videos. I still watch the old one from the basement. All the best to the Hercules candy family! Can't wait to make my next order đ€
We can't wait either!
You should purchase an off set spatula for this. A small one would make this a lot easier and a large one would help for lots of other jobs.
I just wanna drink that chocolate straight from the tap
I could eat one of those by myself... should't, but I could!!!!
I always wait until after I have eaten to watch these videos. But every single time no matter what I get hungry watching. Love the videos always even after watching these for so long. I think I started watching when yâall were still in the basement about a year before yâall moved. Love the videos. Such a great family and positive vibe in every video. Did back track and watch all the videos from the beginning just to see the changes and absolutely love them all. BTW hello from Minneola Florida
Those little comedy moments in the edit are getting so on point.
The typing is everything
That is very pretty packaging.
My morning will start off on a good note today. . . Thanks to you guys đ
PS thanks for the captions. I'm still waking up in bed lol đ đ
They're CZcams automated, but sure I'll take the credit đ
OMG! 2:24 LOL! I TOTALLY thought of that sax bit from George Michael's song (Careless Whisper) every time Max poured the chocolate into the cup and then you played it!!!! XD Srsly tho, Herc Candy vids are a treat for the soul (especially during these times).
Steve has such a steady and accurate (and, obviously, practiced) hand when it comes to hand-pouring.đđ€©
There is a candy company in Altoona PA that makes my favorite The Mallo Cup they are amazing
"Pen Personship" Love the inclusivity Terry!
"Things happen to me. Walls jump out at me, knives come after me." Holy crap, she's describing MY life! Not even kidding. Things like to fall on me, too! đđ
My mother taught me to curl ribbon using our drawer pulls. I didn't even know you could use blades until I was older ;-))
8:18 made me laugh out too loud đ€Ł
Nice video as always! Love from Spain
đ
I'm with Terry on the ribbon curling but I use one of those long envelope openers just sharp enough and doesn't cut međ€Ł
I was so hoping that you would show how to make these thank you! Maybe one day I can be one one of your people as you call them thanks Craig
So cute. And so much love and work that you guys pour into your products. Awesome !!â€ïžâ€ïžđđ
I understand it's necessary to dump out the chocolate to make it a "cup" but each time I say? "nooo!"
The edit was awesome đ Good Job Craig & Dylan đ„
Haha thanks Linda
I can't believe you use straight-up peanut butter with out anything added as far as confection sugar. Seems to thick for straight-up PB. Look up recipes...even Reese PB cups you can tell they make a on filling not just plain pb.
@@Lynn-rf1kc they sell with just pb. Also reeses are too sweet for a lot of people's
I like the idea of plain peanut butter with the fluff in there. I like that sweet/salty contrast. With the chocolate, that sounds amazing.
@@Lynn-rf1kc yeah i agree i dont think straight pb is made to be used in candy like that
Your mom is so funny! Love the ending of the video. Hahahaha
6:47 A handful of that sweet, sweet chocolate...
Oh man! That looks sooooo good!
Steve...... might be easier to cool the peanut butter a tiny bit before the fluff.. just a thought, love yâall
I want about a Bakers Dozen of these and the same in the Peanut Butter Crunchy Cups. I am 74 and my Dr, at the VA is always on me about my weight but you only live once.
Those giant fluff cups look sooo nice! đ
Iâm curious. Why Max filled the funnel from the fountain then filled the mold? Is there a reason he canât fill the mold straight from the fountain? đ€ Iâm just an amateur watching, but it seems like an unnecessary extra step. Of course being an amateur there are many tricks of the trade I am unaware of. đ
Absolutely beautiful beautiful looks so delicious
Thanks for the videos your beautiful family has helped me get through my chemotherapy treatment
I have wanted every single piece of your chocolate đ« I am fighting to make it to your store
Much love
Terry & Steve are on top of their game today!đđ
This looked good & It's pretty Terry love the color
These look so good!
Loving Careless Whisper in the background
I love watching these videos
Love the earrings Terry. Cheers to all from the pacific northwest where all chocolate is a little damp.
0:00 Listen to that intro music. Let the 80s softcore begin...
3:39 I see those strategically turned labels. :-)
Maybe someday, you can do a skit with either mom or "corporate" checking on the business.
So are there actually any Guiness World Records for sizes of candy or chocolates? Would be fun to go for some. Though you might have to make supersized custom molds. I could see giant creme egg, or Mega Ribbon candy.
I have the 2021 annual here if you still haven't found out.
Made thousands of peanut butter cups at my old job, you never put straight up peanut butter, you mix it with butter, salt, vanilla extract and confectioners sugar to give it a nice bite and mouth feel, at this point the person eating it will just get a huge dose of straight up peanut butter.
Your the man, Terry! Awesome job.
YAYAYA that looks nice. That would take me about a month at least to eat LOL so big and so sweet. Love the packaging.
These giant fluff cups should be an everyday order option đ
That's adorable! You guys should do that again for like Easter or Valentines Day.
Out some noise reduction headphones, on, please. Save your ears!
Yours looks SOOOO GOOOOD! đđđ€
Wow I would definitely be wearing earplugs if I worked that room đ đđ
Very good and yummy .Thank you for sharing.
Looks delicious but I would buy it for the beautiful packaging. Love watching y'all make candy. Thank you!
Those look heavenly delicious!!
I think if you had offset spatulas for things like peanut butter and fluff cups would help a lot.
This has probably been answered before, but given that the emptying of the mould leaves a mess on the edge anyway, couldn't you just fill it directly from the chocolate fountain instead of using the funnel? Or is there a health/cleanliness aspect to it? Or perhaps you just don't want to risk dropping the mould?
I believe it's easier to make the chocolate fill in the ridges manually instead of with the fountain, that's just what I think but it could be something different
@@BlipBlopWoW Plus you don't want the chocolate overflowing before vibrating it or it will go everywhere.
I'm pretty sure Terry was the star of her typing class. đ
The âpeanut butter loverâ approves this video đ€Łđâ€ïž
Peanut butter lover disapproves this video because they ruined it with nasty marshmallow!
@@Margalus No I do not disapprove of this video! They nicknamed me in a roundabout way the peanut butter lover so they know what I was talking about LOL
@@HaleiwaGirl808 You aren't a peanut butter lover if you approve of this! jk
@@Margalus đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
Cara and Max can vina new mom and dad running the company when your parent canât do it anymore it would be cool to keep the company running for years to come
You need to double the price. For the amount of time and materials going into just the wrapping it would barely cover it, let alone all the goodness inside!
How much was it??
@@jdeehr website says 6.99
My ABSOLUTE favorite candy from Hercules is the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff cup!!!!! So yummy! đ
Would you rather the big one? Or the little one?...I think I know the answer đ€Ł
@@HerculesCandy I prefer the big ones. More of everything! Cant wait for cooler weather so I can order some!đ
Yummmmy!!
Cheers from Cupertino, California
and ive been making these for a year now as well, only i mix melted candy corn into my peanut butter and i also use infused chocolate with cannabis for my peanut butter fluff cups :)
Do the enrober and chocolate tap machine stay on overnight, or do you turn it on every morning and wait for it to re-melt? (Not sure what the proper name is for the tap đ)
Good question! They have to stay on all the time, otherwise it would take hours every morning to melt down that much chocolate
Yumm you use Jiff!! Yes!!!
max is so great at making chocolate
Have you heard of the PB Jife, its a really helpful utensil for peanut butter jars that could probably help you guys out!
It's madness I tell you! Madness!
czcams.com/video/GJ2X9SANsME/video.html
half devastated and half glad that this big fluffer nutter doesnt exist on the menu XD cuz i definitely have no self control to not eat that in one sitting by myself XDDD
Omfg can see this served via slices and placed in a Sunday
I LOVE peanut butter cups!
Do you love giant ones? đ
@@HerculesCandy it would make a cool birthday cake. Chilled with chocolate flakes
You should customize like a cake fluffier nutter cups like they do cakes for special holidays.
Actually can you do that??? I'll totally buy some if you could!!!
Printshops have vibration machines for stacking paper. Perhaps they can be gotten cheaply and converted for your needs.
I want one now! â„ïžâ„ïžâ„ïž
I would suggest melting sugar and butter into the peanut butter instead of straight peanut butter. And maybe brand a design or insignia into the cups. You'll have to cool it after it's melted together. O! And a touch of salt.
Love your videos.
Oh that would be sooooooo goooooooood
YES!!!! Omg that is happiness
