Not at all, they are a great candy company. I laughed my tail off also. I wish Mrs. Corprate would ditch the spoons and lolly sticks and use a mini spreader (recycling) AAAAND make me some black licorice and vanilla ribbons !!!!!
@@HerculesCandy I would love to buy a bag of the strawberry lemonade hard candies but i do have one concern and that is how your peanut status is. I have an allergie to all peanuts and tree nuts so I was wondering if the peanut stuff is made on different equipment than the hard candies? If you could reply or talk about this in a video I would appreciate that so so much! I love watching ur videos so much im so happy for your success keep up the good work!!❤❤
@@kimg3640 I think they've addressed this before, I could be wrong. They don't guarantee that things are peanut/tree nut free because they use their surfaces for so many different things. They've accidentally got peanut butter on the cloth that they stretch the candy on multiple times now. And they have peanuts (in various forms) on the same shelves as the hard candy. If your allergy is severe, I would advise against it. They try their best, but stuff happens. I have the same allergies, unfortunately.
It was so nice to see Karen! I know she isn't a big fan of being on the camera, but she's so sweet.

I'm an amateur candy maker I learned from my grandmother she had 12 children so couldn't afford to buy it so she made it.. Lucky she did because now i have children and a new grandson. I've learned even more from you guy's so from one woman in Pittsburgh know your practice is being passed down to a new generation of children... ❤

I’m an amateur candy maker and I kind of learned from this channel. Obviously not exact recipes found them other places but pretty much learned how to make candy from here
I used to work for a chocolate shop 10 years ago (god I sound old, but I'm only 34 haha) and this makes me feel so nostalgic

It is amazing to see a small business survive 2020, then exceed their expectations in 2020/21. From someone that has grown up in a small family business years ago we couldn't have survived. But they held it off for year or so. Then moved in the current location. They pay rent.. With the pandemic going. They closed the store to the public (temporally) They seem busy with online orders.

Every time I look for stocked ribbon/hard candy it’s always so bitter sweet. Haven’t even gotten to try any of the new flavors! Stoked for you guys though. Max is turning into a pro candy maker, Craig cinematography skills are also amazing.

The glove provides a little bit of insulation. Just a little bit.
Also, tempered chocolate melts at a slightly higher temperature than untempered chocolate.

Yes to the intro: Selecting the chocolates, placement of chocolates, wrapping with shiny red foil and finally bow tie. Then the boxing, packaging....I could watch a full hour of just this. Not exaggerating.
