The lost art of keeping a secret
Reminds me of my octogenarian lady neighbour when I was a kid, I'd always stop for a yarn w her on my way past.
Little sis had chicken pox, I was told not to go telling everyone. Go Mum.
So I tell the dame down the hill, on my way to the shops
Quite the Mickey bird full of news, I was.
      Totally forgot not to tell.
So I ducked in on the way back, correcting my six year old stuff up
      I wasn't meant to say ! I blurt out
She laughs and says I'll tell you something important about life
      If it's not good news
You don't go about broadcasting it love
Your Mum is right and being a good mum.
Such a simple home spun core value.
      Old fashioned.
      Bless her.

When I saw the question of how intelligence agents catch criminals, my first thought was blurted aloud to nobody in particular...I’m here alone with my dog. The obvious answer is : They look in the mirror! No meant as a joke, it was literally my answer, but even so, my dog look up at me from her deep slumber and I swear, she rolled her eyes, shook her head and promptly went back into her last dream! That was funny!
