I will be reviewing the Jet Performance Powr-Flo MAF Sensor
My truck runs and sounds great, no issues after the installation of the MAF sensor.
I did notice a small increase in the MPG's it ranges from .01 to .04 tenths of a mile per gallon. I haven't taken it on a long trip yet, so this small increase is from a mixture of city/highway driving. I'm sure it would be higher if was a Las Vegas or South Lake Tahoe trip.
Here is the link to check it out on the American Truck .com site

I agree. Love this jet mass airflow sensor. Helps a lot towing as well.. very peppy now..

I do feel slight improvement on the acceleration, I'm well past the computer reset time frame and miles that it takes for the recalibration to be completed by the computer.
I still see a slight improvement on City/highway in miles per gallon, I will be taking a Vegas trip in the second week of April I'm sure that's when I should see if really does make a difference with the MPGs. So I guess I'll be making a follow-up video for this product.

I truly believe that the stillen cold air intake scoop does what it says it's supposed to.
Some people says it's a waste of money, but it gets the cooler air from right behind the Air grill and to me I think it's going to kind of ram it into the air box even though it's not called a RAM AIR intake scoop. To me I think it has to be kind of Rammed a little bit since there is no other place for it go except over into the air box.

Yeah so I’ve tested this, 2024 Silverado 6.2. I did 8, 0-60 averages with the performance MAF sensor and 8 with the OEM. (Dragy)
I averaged 5.78 with the performance MAF, with a fastest time of 5.68 seconds.
I averaged 5.75 with the OEM MAF, with a fastest time of 5.67 seconds.
On fuel MPG, I ran a general 60 mph pace as best I could before and after and averaged 21.2 with the performance MAF on a 32 mile trip.
With OEM, I averaged 20.9, staying around 60 mph, following the same route.
I do NOT think this part does anything and would recommend people save their money.
I did however see a slight performance gain when I previously installed a KN 63 series with the closed air box on the 0-60. Previous runs averaged about 1-2 tenths of a second faster overall. My previous average was around 5.87 with a top time of 5.76 the week before. Fuel economy was pretty much the same at 20.9 mpg on the same trip. I did not however record as many 0-60 runs but with beating my previous times by over a tenth of a second, not only once but a few times, I can safely say the KN makes a difference, albeit minor. Still makes the NPP exhaust sound a little meaner 2k and up on RPM’s.
Also should note that this is on a trail boss with slightly beefier tires, a full tank of fuel, and a hard tonneau cover. I’m sure if you had street tires and less weight it would hit the 5.4 it’s rated for.

You had a very small increase in MPGs not too bad, it was only a 32 miles trip which is kind of hard to get a good reading. The second week in April I'm going on a Vegas trip that I've done at least six times with my truck, on those trips I always do 5 mi an hour above the speed limit so It Will be interesting to see if there is a difference MPGs from all the other times I went.

@@HowtowithPaulHendersonyeah it was pretty much indiscernible. I picked up the last .2 rolling down a hill and timed a traffic light to get it but I honestly don’t feel that it really provides any real benefit.
I guess when the claim on the box says it increases performance and fuel economy, you expect to be able to see a benefit. I didn’t see any meaningful difference between the two.

How does it run with your setup the the pulsar throttle setting in the economy setting? I pretty much have your setup plus awe exhaust. Dealer reprogrammed my map sensor when the gm CAI was installed

I thought she ran great until I changes out the CAI filter that had 32,000 miles on it and now it runs better than when I bought the truck. I guess with the clean filter and the JP Performance MAF Sensor the engine is getting the air and a more precise reading to run its best, and it is. This tank that I am on has mainly city with some highway miles on it and the DIC says I'm at 19.5 mpg's. I have never had that amount on a tank with this combination of driving before. Maybe next week on my day off I will do the Barstow/Dennys drive that is a 225 mile round trip and see if there is an increase in the MPG's over the previous 20.8 mpg's that I got on the 4-14-2024 trip to Barstow.
Just so you know, keep an eye on your engine oil cooler lines, one of mine just sprung a leak at the hose to crimp fitting and I'm not the only one.
      I hope this helps

An mpg update as of 5-4-2024, I'm still averaging 18 MPGs with the MAF and a clean new air filter. I don't what the deal with the increase.
