I grew up watching Yu Yu Hakusho. It was the only anime series that made me so excited to go home so I wouldn't miss an episode. I don't care if the live-action has some changes. The action scenes, the special effects, and the actors were brilliant.
Agree completely. Just so well made
My grandfather (shadowdog reactions) just started watching the yu yu hakusho anime he said he would only continue it if it got enough views so that way he knows people want to see reactions to it.
It would mean the absolute world to me if you would go show support on his yu yu hakusho videos I really want him to watch it.
Keep watching. Kuwabara is MVP dude. I swear he won the show.

Personally enjoyed this first season. Probably my 3rd favorite anime adaptation after Ruroni Kenshin and One Piece.

In my opinion. Yyh got the fights right, but missed a tiny bit in the story/world. OP got the story/world right, but missed a tiny bit on the fights. Makes me hopeful s2 of OP will be somewhere in the middle of both.

I’m so excited for you to be watching this!! YYH was one of my favorite anime as a child and Dark Tournament is still one of my favorite arcs, HxH then became my no.1 but YYH is still up there for me. I still haven’t finished watching the live action bcs I’m constantly out of time LMAO but so far I’ve been liking it a lot.

i remember remember reading the manga like 20 years ago and bloody loving it. i can only remember three things the start with kid and the ball, the spirit egg dude and the spirit gun

Kuwabara threw me off at first and but he grows on you. Good casting imo, honestly one of the standouts of the show. Though, Kuwabara was always the goat.
Watchin this show was worth it. I hope they do the dragonball z live action better if they do plan it next time. Also, theres a new avatar airbender coming i think 22 of this month
We can only hope for a DBZ LA as good as this

When i first heard about the livr action adaptation, my first reaction was please do not touch yyh. I grew up with this anime..but i fell in love how they did it. My only complain is it was too short. 😅

i think you guys would like the live action Rurouni Kenshin moves. theyre pretty good. and for the english dub they got most of the cast that did the english dub anime

Loved this show my only gripe is I always seen Kuabara as a American. The way he was drawn I mean his hair was closer to ginger then brown 😂🤣😂

i feel emotion in urumeshi scene but i dont feel it in here
. they cut the urumeshi character so much

will say the Alice In Borderland adaptation that the same studio that did this YYH adaptation is really good to the point they are filming S3. The only other really good live action anime/manga adaptation is the two WB Gintama Live Action films.
One Piece is not the first successful live action … please see Ruruouni Kenshin live action series
