I would put the second bedroom behind the large bedroom where the en suite is with the main bathroom where the lounge currently is with a second toilet beside it containing the washer/dryer and a basin plus hooks to hang outdoor raincoats etc. And turn the small bedroom and bathroom into the living area. It would make for a more harmonious design and negate the need for a bedroom leading off the kitchen. That would be a design I would happily buy [briefly rented a house with that layout and it was honestly the best layout I've lived in in nearly 50 years of renting]. You also need a second exit, maybe from the kitchen, in case of emergencies. Just one exit door isn't legal in many countries.
Get rid of the couch in the entryway and the bathroom with the stackable washer and dryer I would prefer the washer and dryer next to the entry of the door and move the sink and linen cabinet over.
Very nice. Again, extend upper cabinets in the kitchen all the way up to ceiling for extra storage. Instead of settee being in entryway, have some storage there...i.e. a built-in bench with shoe storage underneath it and hooks above the bench, and cabinetry on either side with hanging rods and shelves. Overall, adorable cottage.
