The exterior is gorgeous. The outdoor space is excellent. I really like the interior layout, HOWEVER, I'd extend the upper cabinets in the kitchen to the ceiling. I love the colors in the kitchen!
Living room furniture style is not my cup of tea. That being said, I love the color combinations. I'd prefer more contemporary furniture pieces using those same colors, the same seat cushions, and all the throw pillows. The bedroom furniture is lovely. I'd add a bit more closet space in the bedrooms and the laundry area. I would like to see a very large Jack&Jill style bathroom with a toilet and sink vanity access from either bedroom with a separate tub and shower in between the "powder rooms." I'd also try to sneak in a small powder room for guests. Using pocket doors from bedrooms into baths and hallway would save wall space in said rooms.
Overall, cute cottage.

Beautiful! If I were building it, I would change the main bath to the master bedroom bath and that would be a wall with bookshelves and/or photos there, instead of seeing a bathroom door when you walk in the front door. The current master bath would be the main bath instead with a door there in that hall, which would also put the main bath closer to the other bedroom.

@@NEXTSTUDIO93 ohhhh.. okay... I see what you mean.. my suggestion (and your initial idea!) would put the master bedroom in the back. Well.. perhaps one could tweak the back view to look like the front, and maybe even add a patio door and patio in the master bedroom.... with access to a beautiful garden, or even a pool! 😃 . I really love this unique plan of yours and have saved it with my favs for ideas for a small retirement home , if I can't find a small older, vintage cottage-like home soon. This exterior of yours has a vintage/cottage feel to it, which is why it got my attention. Thanks for sharing!
