Genuinely wondering, could you do a short J-Hook breakdown on reforger? I can't find one on CZcams and would love to know how it's done, I've tried watching some videos on J hooks in squad but it doesn't seem to translate 100% unless it's just because of my flying which it definitely could be
@@Roebuck325 i find its because they are cocky and try to fly at a higher level than what they are at. flying is easy, its when you try to fly above your level is when you fuck up. i havent played the new arma but i mainly fly jets and helis in arma 3, im skilled enough to do transport but my main strength is in the jets
flying around and landing on a mountain with no obstacles? try a j-hook and land on the front lines while taking shots and land it above a flat house for the guys inside to get out
Plus, ArmA flight model is shit in every opus. Even Reforger, the flight model is a pissed off. The UHEY is incapable of doing 5% of what he does in his videos. Get expercienced with the DCS Flight Model would be more ... credible.
I flew a lot in A2, esp on Elite Warriors' Domination servers and it's nice to see Helicopters finally in Reforger feel stronger and able to take more hits than they could in A2 & A3, The only downside in my eyes is they have a bit more heaviness to them now and their functionality isn't as good as it was in A2/A3 sadly. The controls are kinda messy and a pain to set up. Wish they'd add a Preset system like A3 did that'd let you have the controls the same as A2/A3's
always found challenges like that fun. in arma 3 i always like to pick a area ad just kill my engines and see where i could make it lol failed 85% of the time but its fun

I never messed with the Arma 2 flight model, I am however skilled with Arma 3’s flight model. How is it compared to that?
Arma 2 everything was slower and abit heavy including cars, still had problems with autorotation been hard if you slide the heli at all

Flying was always easy on a simple flight model. Its landing w J-hooks in tight places or near the front line fast was the skill

Just download it on Arma Reforger Base game. After go to Reforger Experimental / Scenario and pick the map

If you can’t land J-Hooks in any Arma in 3rd person you should probably just stay out of the helicopters
