Woo Hoo this was an ass kicker... 1st I did some upper body moves with a band took a long break cuz I'm kinda busy and then did this one... So far today I have consumed 50oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 449 calories... Today's green smoothie is a mix of greens pineapple & flax oil blended with water... Simple because I am having some bloating so I am trying to figure out what UT could be or maybe I drink my smoothies to fast 🤔... Welp I am gonna spend some time outside with my mama. It is sunny here in PA... See You All Mañana For Another Fiesta 🎉

This is the most hardcore one in a WHILE! I loved all the new moves in round one. Always love kick action, & squat to kick is awesome! I also loved the small squat to medium. Never have done side-to-travelling hamstring curls (buttkicks) but it made my brain & body work!

Exercises easy to pick up but still interesting variations. I'm 60 yrs old, working on my endurance and this first time I made it 30 min with several breathing breaks in between. Love this enough to keep at it. Thank you for the rounds that do not repeat! Extra thanks for the 10 seconds of instruction at the beginning of each exercise that blend seamlessly into the following routine.
