What kind of trailer are you using?

No idea. I bought it from a junk guy and all the logos and numbers are scrubbed.
      It’s a 14’

How did you fasten the front deck/frame to the boat? Where did you drill into the boat and what fastening hardware worked?

I can’t remember the size, but I used toggle bolts - small ones. Drilled 3 holes on each side into the very edge of the plastic.

The trolling motor is mounted off center (on the right side). Does the boat have any issues tracking straight?

It steers perfectly. You do want another motor or a rudder on the back, however. The reason I mounted it off center was so I could put a bolt in for the trailer hook and not have to take it on and off. Also, it gives your more room on the deck when the motor is up.

Where can I get the 3 pin wire that is located in the front? I dont know what I am suppose to search for on Amazon. Can you kindly include a link for me to buy at amazon please? I am trying to put trolling motor at the bow but there no wire to plug at the front only has the 3 pin hole and at the back end is the wire where I will put the battery. Thanks

Let me know if this is what you need. I have a 24v 70lb thrust Minn Kota. This is the one I used.

looking forward to build one just like yours. I only have small lakes and rivers here(smaller than 200 arc), so I feel like I can probably just use a strong front trolling motor to drive all the time. How do you think about it? really like the video, very happy to see it.

You totally could. I would just recommend a rudder on the back if you don’t use a gas motor back there. It’s a small issue, but it will help with your maneuverability.
