      Erick Reyes they do heavy weight and are working for power and not for hypertrophy also they are trying to build fast twitch fibres search it up

      MrGrumpy Cat they usually use heavy loads such as 70 to 80% of their 1rep max but they are using lighter lids as research has shown players who trains with lighter lids such as 30-50% of their 1rep max develop more rate of force development and are better and acceleration during gameplay sprint which having a higher rate of force Development will help you be stronger and more faster aswell as explosive
