Funny story about Zillow, I’m from the UK and one day I will live in the states in a beautiful million dollar home one day, so when I’m feeling depressed I look at their houses, the dear ones and the cheapest ones, I even subscribe to get emails about new houses that have been put on I’m obsessed, thanks Zillow your big houses are incredible ❤️

I randomly came across this today and it’s so funny to hear you want sectional couches and see you make a makeshift built-in closet/headboard for the bed when you have that now for Dream Home Decorator 😂 I’m glad you don’t have to DIY it anymore! Also hearing you say you can’t swim in the pond and that’s changed too. It’s just interesting to hear/see all these things in this vid from 8 months ago and know they all got fixed at the same time

I love the moving shots!!
My family always puts a seasonal garden, a summer pool, a permanent patio and a really tall wooden fence
For landscaping we like to have trees surrounding the fence to provide shade and a forestry area to accompany our large food garden. Usually we also include a permanent side hose, a large trampoline, we usually try to keep all the original terrain and animals. Otherwise we get lots of confused animals mostly birds who migrate to their old homes to find we tore them down every season
Our patio has a couple tanning beds, a grill and umbrella table
We also have one side of our house for sports just so we can keep house accidents and injuries to a minimum
We usually have a huge homemade campfire pit in the back with lawn chairs, paper, and wood under a outdoor shed including lots of homemade cooking branches, we also always have our camping tent up all year long except when we take trips to the state parks
On one side of the backyard we have a small homemade “indian” (Native American) baseball diamond for our neighbors and friends
On the other side of our yard we have a compost pile that we use for gardening
We usually spend most of our time here instead of in our house since our family is big enough to create lots of house accidents
The mirror trick is amazing! Thanks for showing us that. :) I liked the house tour at the end but maybe a bit slower. I also find your voice so calming that I may or may not have dozed off and dropped my phone on my face once or twice. Haha.
I like this build very nice! I wish there were more bedrooms though would love to move in a large family🙂!

I like the video tour! This is def a solid 8 for recreation but a 10 for being a boooomb sims home!
I really loved the video! If I could suggest something, it's to maybe keep the photos of your inspiration in a corner (smaller when you don't talk about it or even with a lower opacity so we can still see through it if you build behind it which shouldn't happen often as you build in the middle of your screen). I think it would be great, I'm not sure if it's the same for others, since I find myself rewinding the video often to the beginning to see where you are starting from. Love your channel and these recreation videos, it's awesome to see do these incredible builds! I'm sure you will but I'll still say it, keep up the amazing work! 🤗

LOVE this SO much! Here are a few things I would change though (not abt the build but abt the moving pictures) 1. I wouldn't do the flash (where it flashes to the next clip) bc there are some ppl who can get triggered from that so if you do put- TW: Flash. 2 I wouldn't show the same area for so long like you showed the back of the house in multiple shots and for what I think was a little to long i'd just do a shot that;s kind of "far away" and then one or 2 close ups. That's all hope this helps (if you see it lol

I have 15 acres of land and it is a little much sometimes. It is awesome sometimes, but when a hurricane comes it take 5 days to clean up😭😭😭😭😭😭. But you do have a lot of room to have a lot to do

@@mintuweelemons8443 if you have all the packs, you can search her in the gallery, and look for this house and then you can download it. Just make sure it’s the right lot size and the packs are all there.
Love the build you did here in recreating this house until you added the toilet next to the kitchen 🙈🙊.. It's just something that I disagree when houses are build in that way 😅 So I would rather use that space as a storage for the kitchen.. Anyways love the idea that you are using Zillow to recreate the houses and getting ideas from there, although since I am in South Africa I do use another app/site. Love your content and as always another 👍🏻 from me!

Yes, it is a mod! I'm not sure what it is called though because I don't have it. I only go into tab mode when in live mode! :)
