This home is in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles in real life and I think it goes perfectly in Del Sol Valley! Let me know what you think of it... rate my recreation out of 10! omg i was amazed when she did that roof! She is sooooo underrated as she is so good!
Same, because I made an a-frame house modeled after one off of the internet and it had windows that went all the way to the top and I was basically losing my mind over the fact that I couldn’t use angled windows. Doctor Ashley saving the day once again!
I thought it was just me! There is not enough to choose from when it comes to decorating the bathrooms. That's why I play with CC, lol.

Love the build! Love what you did with the floor plan upstairs too, with the balcony bit! I agree about the bathrooms, we need different kinds of bathroom items like you say. I wonder what the announcement is! You are such an interactive streamer, which is what makes the streams so great! I would love to see a small but luxury eco home, the build and buy items look so good!

omg yes bathroom items stuff pack!!!! furnishing bathroom is so painful cuz sometimes you want a big bathroom for those big mansions but there's nothing to fit in it so it looks super empty

I see you tend to make little box rooms sometimes to fill up space or make more wall dimension but i would love to see you make some or more laundry rooms ! 🤩
I do part rags to riches, part pre-determined storyline. I have a legacy family that has started to bore me (they're too rich 😂) so the majority of my time is spent creating the people in their lives. Right now my gal is in a nice studio apartment (freerealestate) but she's saving money to buy a bookstore that I've already created a building for but haven't furnished.

I agree that there should be a bathroom pack with more tub and sink and shower options. I also think there should be a kitchen pack that includes nothing but sinks, counters and cupboards, and a bunk of kitchen items!

Incredible recreation! How did you stop the roof on top obscuring the glass roof underneath? Is it possible to delete the roof walls? Or apply them without the solid blocks? I hope that makes sense, I can’t seem to work it out. Thank you!
I love what you did to the inside, but you should find the floor plan of this house it’s insane! I just built this on ts4 as well it took me so long but I did it to the exact floor plan it was complicated but easy in a way because they used every square foot of the building and it’s very rectangular and square!

dunno if you will see this but I think you'd do great at re creating bojack horseman's modern mansion from that netflix cartoon, even tho he himself is a very very not good person in the show his mansion is beautiful and modern, also i absolutely love your style of building, I love contemporary modern homes, where i live its all traditional houses, which i love a good victorian but theres just something so elegant about a well decorated modern home that just makes me all warm inside
