    The chicken stick in your PM bag has a slot on the tip that fits inside of a receptacle. The chicken stick should only light on the smaller slot.
    If you want to check for proper wiring just put the meter on AC Volts on its highest setting. Stick your leads in the slots on the receptacle and check the voltage. Then move the lead from the larger slot to the ground and you should have the same reading. If you have no voltage when you move from the larger slot to ground you have either no ground or hot and neutral are reversed. Put the lead back in the larger slot and move the lead from the smaller slot to ground. If you get 120v the receptacle is wired backwards. If you still get nothing there is no ground.
    If you are suspicious about the wiring you should be suspicious about the voltage as well.
    Remember neutral and ground are tied together at the service. So reading from neutral or ground to hot should be the same.
    Fluke leads are actually slotted to do this.
    Now you checking like an electrician and don't need that outlet tester.

    Nice set up but yeah I’ll agree with some of the guys here; some redundancy going on there. You could shed a couple pounds imo.
    Anyway, dude, you should check out Olights!
    I’m a flashlight GEEK.
    Had many Fenix’s and loved em.
    This Xmas I got an Olight and I’m devoted now.
    I wear a had ALWAYS at work.
    This light clips on a cap has a magnet and at night i charge it next to my phone so can save on batts. Check outta review on it if your up for a new light.
    Here’s the point: no having to keep up with a headlamp and it’s always clipped in your pocket so you always have it.
    Just my opinion.
    Good vid👍🏻

    • @michaelherrmann9552
      @michaelherrmann9552 Před 5 lety

      I just bought the knipex linesman and I love them. I had the kleins for 4 years and I had beat up the cutting edges to the point of being unusable. I tried the knipex dykes after having quality issues with the klein and got the linesman about 2 weeks ago. They're fantastic quality and I love how there's no break-in period unlike my klein.
      If you're thinking about it, I'd go ahead and grab a pair. You'll love them!
