    I usually keep one of those square plastic boxes that have the smaller square sections inside and I fill it with different size wire nuts and common fuses and Schrader caps and cores, i do supermarket refrigeration so having that stuff on you is a must

    My Veto Pro Pack is the only bag I haven't tore up. When it is loaded down, I use an old man's cart. I load a few tools and meter in my pockets when i do initial looks on rooftops.

    I picked up the FP probes and absolutely love them. At first I thought I would only use them on special occasions, but they have become an every occasion tool for me. I have been using a VCR tool to charge with, but that dedicated Tee looks a lot more efficient

    Great video Chris 👍🏼. This month will be 6 months since I bought the Veto Tech Pac. There is a lot of mixed reviews but I absolutely love it. Us guys in the commercial side definitely put a lot of good use to them. A lot of ladder climbing and long walks to get to our unit. I was looking into doing a review of mine as well and how it has been holding up so far. They’re tough as nails.

    @AaronCo29 Před 4 lety +1

    I typically use an open bag, similar the your troubleshooting bag, but a little larger, only it doesn't have a cover flap, I have found, if you go to big, you put tools and loose screws etc. into it, it becomes to heavy and will break the shoulder strap, which will always break and slap you upside the head at the top of the ladder as you hoist it to the roof! It only took twice to learn to tie the straps to the bag and go smaller. LOL

    I have the MC and the MB2. Both great bags. I was wanting to try the backpack but wasn't sure I would stick with it, so I didn't spend the money on it. I noticed we carry about the same stuff. I love the HVAC 8 in 1. But hate that they got rid of the medium straight head. Great video as always! Thanks for the help.

      I have the tech pac hi colored one green. I recently got the blackout build out. One side tools the other bulk that’s were the gauges with hoses go in it’s pretty nice I like you can just remove the inside and replace it with another one and hang the tools and organize it that way. Well my case I do commercial basically everything you guys do lol. I live in Utah. I do install as well that’s where the inside pocket change out comes in hand. Like your videos I’ve watched them all about twice now thanks for everything I can relate as well I work with stepdad so it’s his business just us 2. Good video :)

    Looks like one hell of a backpack. When I first got into the trade, i was in the sheet metal shop making duct and the Milwaukee jobsite backpack was great. Everything fit nice and its convenient. But once i started going out in the field installing duct and units, i outgrew it pretty quick. Just didn't have enough pockets. I then had the husky 18 inch tool bag. Was big enough, but i didn't really like the way it was shaped after a while. Now i have the husky 14 inch rolling tote and it's been great. But I'd like to get another back pack or shoulder bag and this seems like a good one!
    EDIT i got the veto tech pac mc about a month ago and I love it! A little smaller than the tech pac. And i just so happened to have a husky hang all in my garage, so i put on the hadle like you did. Wasn't a cheap bag, but its definitely tough and well set up.

    • @cdarrell1985
      @cdarrell1985 Před 4 lety +1

      I am a service tech now and ust the veto tec pack, but when i was full time install (untill 9 months ago), i had a 24 inch power tool bag, and the rolling husky. I love that bag on commercial installs, but on residential changeouts and new construction, it was extremely heavy and awkward to pack up and down stairs so i had to go back to the standard bags and i broke it down into 2. Sheet metal in one and everything else in another
