Iquitos, Peru #-25 - Amazon Boat Ride - 101 days in Colombia

The rules of Colombia state that tourists are not allowed to stay for more than 90 days in a row! So, we turned that rule into an opportunity to visit Peru for 7 days. First Iquitos, then onto Lima. The Amazon boat ride from Leticia to Iquitos is not something you would want to do every day. It's hot, spicy, sticky, and long as heck. Our 3 days in Iquitos were chill. We relaxed and recovered from the intensity of The Amazon. Hope you enjoy the video! Adam

It can be difficult sometimes, but like you said, try to be patient, and have lots of laughs. …and always pack snacks for the kids to eat! Peru is beautiful, we will be back for sure.

Iquitos is actually an island in the middle of the Amazon. It is also historical since it has european mansions from the rubber boom era which helped in England's industrial revolution.

Getting to Iquitos was so hard for my family! When we arrived we were so tired. lol. I wish we could have explored more. It was a really cool place.

That was too brave for the little ones and for the lady, it seemed to me that you did enjoy it, maybe now it wouldn't seem like a good experience for the little ones but I know that in the future they will think that they had an extreme experience. Greetings from Lima Peru, God bless your home
