@@MattSpearsyeah maybe 10k & a sprocket change. Remove one front disc & caliber for like 4 - 5 lb lighter! A lot of racers do that & some lose the rear too, but think you need the rear brake for the down hill parts.😄

That jack and tire strap trick to break the bead was brilliant, thanks for teaching something new! ... I was about to take my YFZ450 front wheels to the shop, until I tried this and broke the bead ... thank you!

I think you may have used too much gas in that front tire. You evacuated all the oxygen so it wouldn't burn inside, only as it escaped. Also starting fluid is not as volatile as, say, methane or right guard. Had the same issue with a potato gun. just a little spritz is all it takes.

It was a great idea to take the Suzuki GSX R 1300 Hayabusa sports motorcycle and put it on gravel tires and make it Off Road, racing through the forest and tearing up the soil, I have never seen anything like it 👍
This is my dream, amazing job fabricating this bike for dirt. It really stretch's what you think you can and can't do! You've got me to sub and stay keen for more!!

I was gonna recommend using a trials beader tool, but I forgot you were a trials rider that would have one anyways.

Aqua Net hairspray with a properly built potatoe gun gives good consistent results. It has to be Aqua Net
