TCL launched TCLtv+ in Aug of 2023. The availability of the live TV streaming app is only in North America at the time of launch and still is at the time of this video. For fubo Free it is only for previous customers right now. You may be able to access them if you do a free trial (new customers only) for one of their pay tv plans. Once you cancel the pay plan you will see an option for the free channels.
