This was such an amazing episode, James! This is one to listen to over and over. I also stopped watching the news more than a decade ago and was one of the first to cancel my landline phone and cable. I'm still just as up to date with the major happenings as anyone else, but without the mind control of constantly being fed fear. My life is much happier and full of peace without it. I agree that our attention is the most important resource we own. I have faith that humanity will start to wake up to the fact that we've been lulled into mindlessly giving it away. I hope that more will start to realize that what they "gift" their attention toward is a choice and they'll start directing it more wisely and pursue empowering things that bring joy. Life is short. Follow the joy!
