Sooo Micah a little heads up for the next cook on the grill. Don't oil the fish, oil the grill. Get yourself an oil mister or a high heat silicone bush and brush the grates down before you place your fish on. Or season the fish and then mist the fish with oil after the seasonings are on. Oil prevents the seasonings from attaching and sticking to the meat in all meats/fish. And pat dry your fish or meat before seasoning it, it will stick better. I like to use lard or vegetable fat on paper towels or rag to rub down the grill grates just before placing the meat/fish and it never sticks. Keep all the good stuff coming brother!

Love that you moved here in my neighborhood. Lake world is great, gotta support those old school hole in the wall bait shops. You know if you didn't fillet them you'd get twice as much meat and the skin is super nutritious. Fry that tail too!

I have that exact same digital scale and it always acts up after I catch a good fish. Sometimes if I roll the batteries or pop them out and put them back in it will work again
