    Let’s keep naming police chiefs on demographics instead of qualified individuals that can perform the job properly. Do we really think (she) was the most qualified for that position to begin with. Of course not.

    Always amusing when police commanders consider themselves “executives”. An executive who does not have a business degree, who does not have the ability to fire any employee, who’s budget increases an average of 10% without question, who needs union permission for virtually all decisions, who does not report to a board of directors.
